    I love how practical you are with your advice! Also it’s funny how every tip is so simple but as a mum you forget the simple things of looking after yourself! Haha

      Haha yes I love simple and practical! Most Mums struggle with getting their baseline needs met so it makes a huge difference just getting the simple stuff right - we overcomplicate it!

    Thank you for this 🙏🏾, I have been suffering so many symptoms after my 3rd child none of these doctors feel like I’m going through a postnatal depletion. But my iron was depleted so I had 2 get two iron infusions , my vitamin d was low so ALOT of what you said is adding up and is true ! I know I wasn’t crazy but they think I am because my baby is only 7 months now . I believe I’m starting to get answers 🙏🏾 & trying to eat healthy and deal with a new baby & other small children can be tough trying to find a balance . Happy I found your channel 🌟💓

      Thank you for sharing and I'm so glad you listened to your gut to get to the bottom of it! Being exhausted, overwhelmed and run down has sadly been normalised as 'part of having young children' but we don't have to feel that way - there's always an underlying reason and ways we can support ourselves. I hope you keep feeling better and better ❤

      It's very frustrating when you're not getting your Primary Care Doctor to take you're concerns serious.Its stressful too because you know you shouldn't feel the way that you feel but nobody is listening.

    I had a preterm delivery and i am suffering from anxiety depression that my child is born before time and is low birth. I cant accept this fact and due to stay in NICU she has dark complexion skin. Im not having that motherly feeling.. kindly help me deal with yhis situation as you too had a preterm delivery
