    I like the way Jim avoids giving prescriptions about how many hours to sleep, when to wake up etc. He just gives the principles, well done.

    Love the whole 3 minutes morning workout for 75% better sleep. I’m definitely going to do this and brush my teeth with my non-dominant hand. Thank you Jim.

    Excellent!
    Im trying to learn German at the moment and recover my health after a stage 4 Cancer with steam cell transplant, I have to fight every day agains not only mentally, also with physically fatigue, but I want to be fitter and smarter than before, so that way I could motivate people around me to achieve their goals with not limitation.
    I will take your recommendations in my daily habits 💪🏻

      You will succeed ! I also have a few health problems and I'm sure I can handle it ! I like the idea of not saying the word can't, but asking how can I? What I know is that you CAN solve all the problems and succeed in life beyond your expectations!!

    Great video! A cold shower is an amazing way to start the day. I practice contrast showers in the morning for waking up my body and before going to sleep to recover it! Thank you for this amazing routine!

    I really felt my energy lifted up when you got on the jumping bed. I can do 3 min a day, that sound rather easy than 30 min daily. Thank you for sharing.

    Super great! Priority is magic, gratitude, yes! a reminder of using the non-dominant hand, even 3 minutes workout in the morning is key, look at the sunlight/ light right away upon wakening, before falling asleep go through my day seems like a great practice

    I like this. Entire morning routine can be changed in like 15 minutes. I do have 15 minutes. I like that you mentioned doing thus with kids. When my son was small, I tried so hard to get up earlier than he did, so I could get a shower in and some me time. The earlier I got up the earlier he was up - literally standing in the hallway waiting for me. (Ugh.)

    This was amazing information!! We are super big on routines in our family of 4. I wake up before my kids at 5 but still find very hard to “move my body “ first things in the morning. Maybe because I’m thinking that I have to do a full long exercise. I can totally manage 5 minutes of jumping or stretching. Definitely will be making some changes on my night time routine. New to your channel. And happy I found you!!

    I bought the audiobook limitless today. I watched your interview on Lewis howes channel and once I heard your story I was hooked. I've listened to many self help books or TH-cam videos looking for help. You though yours was the first story I've heard that sounded like mine. I'm hoping that if you were able to overcome those obstacles in your life that I can too as well. I've hit a very low point in my life and something has gotta give. I feel like I am my worst enemy there's a lot of change that needs to happen. But thanks man I am listening to the book.

    Episodic Memory is like my gratitude prayers before I go to bed. Thanks for waking up today and getting to work safe and thanks for that special thing that happened at work and oh yeah pray for a certain person I met and please help me with such and such tomorrow or for the next weeks success... I had issues thinking and remembering growing up which my parents attributed to brain injury from sports but I don't think I have any legitimate evidence to prove I actually had a brain injury. I attribute it to toxic stress and a difficult living environment growing up and not ever having a solid personal space or legitimate guidance for the the future.
