    I am a 62 year old life time fitness and recreational bicyclist. I took up yoga over 10 years ago and it is a great complimentary exercise for bicycling. It provides the core strength and flexibility to make bicycling more comfortable. I enjoyed this session.

    I enjoyed your flow and it was fun to do yoga with the cyclists and to see how they also struggle with flexibility.

    Anna, awesome! That was my first 30 minutes ever of yoga! I am a leisure cyclist and man does my body ever feel great following the session. And to be able to do it with George and Lance there as well… I have my new morning routine for sure!

    Love the giggles through this video. ** Can you tell me please, are those 02 Aspen yoga mat towels for sale, and do they ship to Australia?

    Thank you for this channel! I'm borderline high-risk with regards to COVID (based on age) so there will be no in-person fitness classes or gyms for me for the indefinite future and I can't afford classes anyway. So this is awesome! I enjoyed doing this cyclist video although I'm not very good at Yoga yet. It was fun that you had the guys with you!

    Great routine! Quite challenging for the tight cyclist but it feels very good. Funny to watch the cyclists do this too...

    I started doing this a couple weeks ago and have enjoyed it. However, I noticed in the past week a new pain on the inside of my knee (walking, sitting, cycling, anything). Which of the poses might contribute to this, and which should I therefore modify or avoid? Thank you!

    • @annaarmstrong5256
      @annaarmstrong5256  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! Glad you enjoyed the practice. Any pose that causes a pain in the knee should be avoided. Wondering if this could be from the half pigeon pose. A great way to still get that nice outer hip opening but not cause strain on the knee is to take a reclined pigeon. You lay on your back, and cross one ankle in front of the opposite thigh, and gently pull on the back of that leg to feel a stretch in the outer hip. Hope that helps!

      @@annaarmstrong5256 Thank you very much! This is very helpful. I decided to avoid that one, as well as the splayed frog, which caused pain while I was in the pose. Thanks again for creating this for people to use!

    do you warm up prior to all the stretching?

    • @homedoghappiness
      @homedoghappiness 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You could if you wanted. But typically the warmup is within the yoga routine. The more you do it, the more flexible you become, day after day.

    Was about to bookmark this video for regular yoga as I am a cyclist and soon as I saw L.A. in it...forget it. Not going to support anything this bully get associated with. He ruined careers while those people were telling the truth. And I don't believe this guy has any remorse for doing that.

    Did you just call Lance Armstrong a fine cyclist?? He literally cheated his way to the top.

    • @andrewraphael5000
      @andrewraphael5000 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      They all used what was available to them at the time to be the best. It was an even playing field and Lance still the best of them all

    • @Kippcom
      @Kippcom 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@andrewraphael5000 stop the bullshiting, it's not only about the cheating, but how he threated people who called him out. He was a really bad person, and I'm afraid he hasn't changed. So it is shameful to help him get back into the spotlight.
