    Great stuff. If you could do such a video about upper back and shoulders/neck that would be wonderful. That‘s my problem areas.

    I had lower back pain come on suddenly with no real problems on the bike. Your description of tight hamstrings and glutes rang true, I think it finally caught up to me. Working thru these poses is great, loosens up my back & helps on recovery from those long rides. (keeping it up is the only problem)

    Just what my back needed. I do yoga regularly but missed a couple of sessions lately just as I have upped my ride miles. Guess what.. suddenly have a sore back! Stretching whilst focusing on my breathing has really helped. Thanks Manon and Vikki

    Good timing. I recently crashed and fractured my L1 and planned on some yoga this winter to aid in recovery.

    Thanks so much!! (o; Been experiencing Sacroiliac pain. Trip to doc and got exercises to try. Thinking this maybe the perfect stretches to help. (taking it slow) always great help Manon .. (Vikki makes it look so easy,lol)

    Manon - Is your left leg shorter than your right leg? When you do the Downward Facing Dog, you can clearly see that the silhuette of your lower back is dropping off to the right (your left). It happens every time you do it, so there is no coincidence. It might be something else, I'm not a specialist of any kind, it's just something I noticed. Loved the video, definately gonna start doing this.

    I truly appreciate you video's, but it would be nice if you added "chapters" to the Details Sections to improve the use of your videos. The chapters could show when each exercise starts so that when I go back to this video, I can jump directly to the poses or section that I need to rewatch. Thank you.

    Really enjoyed this video but interrupting the practice with ads means I probably won’t repeat it… ads at the end of the video would probably work as we’re all just lying on our mat at that point!
