    We make that same dish but w 5 cloves of garlic! It’s called Angel Hair Renaldo… we duplicated it!!!

    Inflammation is joint pain for me
    I have multiple sclerosis and this change in season plus how I have been eating has took a toll on my body. Will be cleaning out my fridge today and starting fresh

    Really appreciate these videos! I forget which video it was that you made but you put together an apple dessert with peanut butter and chocolate chips. Omg sooo yummy. My kids love them too. Thank you for these videos ❤️

    Anti inflammatory diets are very good for woman that test positive for hpv . More common then you think, yearly pap smears are a must

    How do you know you’re sensitive to egg whites?? And what’s wrong with white rice?

      I took a food sensitivity test and well some studies say brown rice has more micronutrients and positive effects on blood sugar levels.

      @@KylaBeland I'd suggest checking out this video on food sensitivity tests. Not as accurate as you think. Bit of a scam really... xxx th-cam.com/video/VFLAn4jtA4c/w-d-xo.html and when white rice is consumed with a balance of all three macros, there really isn't that much difference in blood sugar levels. White rice is demonized thanks to diet culture these days, such a shame.

      @@NVDS26 everything on the internet is a hit or miss really but I personally have seen positive results since cutting out egg whites (which I was eating everyday) and at the end of the day both white and brown rice have both high GI. This study here shows that having whole grain can decrease the risk of type 2 diabetes (which diabetes does run in my family sadly) www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7341349/
      I am in no way demonizing white rice. In my other what I eat in a day videos, I actually still eat it because I believe in balance. However, I choose to eat what I eat not for weight loss aspect but for my health. Like I always say everybody’s body is different. 😊
