    I don't know how this is happening but I'm magically waking between 3:40 to 3:50 AM. The experience is marvelous

    Brahma mahurata starts 96 minutes before the sunrise and ends at 48 minutes. Assuming sunrise time is 06:05 am then the brahma mahurata starts at 04:29 am and ends at 5:17 am.

      Darren Smith_Ap the Brahma Muhurtam time changes from place to place and is calculated as per the sunrise time of the place you are located. It is 96 minutes before sunrise to 48 minutes after that.

      @@apariciod7%F0%9F%98%8E Depends on sunrise time. Here in the Philippines sunrise is usually about 5 AM. That makes out Brahma Muhurta earlier.

    Loved the video. I have been waking up at Brahma Muhurtham as well, since the past couple days. It's too early to early to comment on how my life has changed right now. But, I can definitely see a positive change in myself. I can notice I'm more grounded now. Still a long way to go though. But so far, it has been excellent.

      I go to bed around 9:30 PM, and usually fall asleep around 10:30PM .. they say that your body does really well with only 6 hours ... 😊

      Good evening, thank you for your valuable input, I daily try to sleep at 10:00pm, but I can't and I just roll on the bed changing sides for some hours before actually getting sleep. Is there any way to deal it?

      @@jayateerthkulkarni1561 Falling asleep is actually hard for me as well.
      I believe it's our brains at work.
      Often times I will listen to sleep binaural beats , or sleep hypnosis, which I find here on You tube.
      Another thing I try to do is take melatonin , and calcium magnesium, and valerian root at dinner time, about 4 hours before bed , since it takes a bit for those natural supplements to take effect.
      Often times you just have to know that everything will be ok , and that your body needs the sleep to be at its best.

      @@AVB2024 thanks again!! will try and work with your first method, may be second suggestion involves taking tablet, so I don't want to take allopathic medication. I think it will have some side effects. Anyways, can't thank you enough for the suggestions you made.

    So I have a doubt - to do asanas before meditation as asanas help in getting a good meditating state- this is what i have heard. I am a student. Though I want to study during that time but i feel that its better to meditate because studies would become easier for later part of the day. So I dont know the chronology of events which should take place for Asanas, Meditation, Pranyam, Studies

      Go early to bed... I would suggest you try waking up at 6.00 for couple of months.....

      There is always a reason :) I would suggest meditation followed by study of something you enjoy or a workout :)

    Hi thanks for your video. I really like it. But I am living in Norway. Here winter and summer is very very different. In summer we have 3.30am sunrise and 11 pm sunset. Its I flow barma muharat. Its very hard for me to flow. Can you please give me some idea. What I am supposed to do.

      #Yumna, Sehri comes once a year n just for a month, peoples are awake n start fasting, so don't accumulate it with Brahama Muhurat.

      @surajit singh. i would say yes. you can go back to sleep after you do this brahma muhurt. i do it and i take a very good afternoon nap of 3 to 4 hours from 1pm to 4pm after food. yes you need to do that. you cannot be awake continuously. your body needs rest. so i would suggest you, please take an afternoon nap if you can for at least few hours. nothing wrong with it. i usually take an afternoon nap and then wake up around 4pm and have my masala chai.

    I started wake up 4:00 am and gets on bed at 10:00 pm. But at morning I won't be able to make my stomach empty. So no interest to do yoga or gym. And meditation too. What to do. What is best practices. I am 34 years male engineer in private factory

    It's funny in America and Christianity they tell us 3:33-4:34 is the devil's hour so you should sleep so they don't get you and so that the angels can fight them & they tell you wake up around 5 for prayer because the angels are done fighting

      The mahurt starts around 4:30...since usually sunrise is 6:30 or so. So it's aligned I 🤔 think 😁

    ब्रह्म मुहूर्त मे जगणा चाहिए.. या..?? ऊस मुहूर्त मे toilet, bathroom होके ready होना चाहिए??
    मतलब.. की अगर
    1) 3.45 am ब्रहा मुहूर्त शुरू होता है.. तो Alarm 3.45.
    या??
    2) टॉयलेट बाथरूम हो के 3.45am को प्रॅक्टिस शुरू करणा चाहिए??
    तो फिर alarm कम से कम 3.15am होना चाहिए???
    तो 1) या 2) ?????
