It's not perfect but for a Japanese company, this is pretty impressive for communication.
I have been impressed with communication in the past, but we’ll have to wait a bit to see the follow through!
I know, right? Splatoon and Smash Ultimate really broke the mold, the before/after with how Japanese devs were willing to communicate is... Not quite night and day, but still pretty stark

well the ffxiv team is actually doing a great job communicating/building relationship with the player
They really *"NEED"* to optimize the game.
Still seeing people getting disconnected.
Which is usually from connection error or the game crashing.

Losing in a lot of ranked matches due to teammates getting DC'd in the middle of the match.
Usually in overtime rounds.
You guys ever get the bug where your right and left clicks don't respond? I know its not my mouse because it works fine with every other game but it's been a huge pain for me here trying to shoot and nothing happens for like 4 or 5 clicks.

Experienced it once with the Dom Trooper during the 1st week.
After that it never came back.
@@YukitoOnline I've seen it a couple of times on the Zaku 2 ranged and the sazabi, but thats more due to my playing them more frequently. Regardless i hope it gets fixed

At the beginning, they said they were releasing 2 mobile suits every season. Makes sense since they released 2 at the network test and 3 at launch.
It still blows my mind the game launched with just 15 characters and they thought it would be a good idea to have 5 of them paywalled day 1.
When did they say that? As far as I remember they didn’t specify a number and since unicorn is the 1 for this season I’d expect only 1 a season

@@Dunmuir They never said a number, just that there would be "new units" every season which could be taken to mean multiple, but is still kinda vague.

@@Dunmuir I'd love if just leveling up would give us 50 credit or even the 20 green credit. Anything to make leveling up seem more impactful or important.

Gouf custom would be ttttttiiiiiiiiiite. Imagine the Gatling gun with the heat hawk that’s a yank/stun, also has a sword for G maneuver. I’d also be down for kampher, fast like dom, uses shotgun, and g maneuver is the mine chain. Lastly maybe a tallgeese, or wing Gundam?
Hope the balancing patches the game well like I still play this game like daily. And the currency fix would be nice too if it happens

Damn Season 2 is on November 30th? That's so little time to grind to higher ranks when you're playing comp on a weekend basis only.
I'm very interested in what the balance changes will be. As for ranked I am not too concerned for that personally as I am not a ranked person.
I do hope a slight increase to guntank main damage will come.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see Guntank buffed
@@Dunmuir I used it seriously last night, it was fun but ko'ing a unit in my own was rough.
That being said I did help pick off a ton of units that were distracted.
I'm an european and I can confirm that we can't lauch a single rank match.

Then we can rejoin the match from there
Rather than the current, Disconnected, then forced to close the game
I got cannot matchmaking until the match finished + 15 minutes banned, because of no rejoin match button,
And stupidly when disconnected, the only choice is to close game
Then, re-open the game

Then its between back to the match (this is lucky)
Or stuck on main menu, but cannot matchmaking because leaving the match + additional leaver ban

what i dont like about ranked is i loose the same amount of points even tho im one of the top 3 mvps even if i loose and my teamates
Please! Please be EU ranked. Ye I average between 30 and 60 ping in NA which isn’t that bad but it’s bad when everyone else has 10-20. It’s basically impossible to headshot. Playing barb is a pain.
Interested in the balance parchment. I hope they do some changes. I think characters need more roll based passives like tanks maybe taking 30% less damage period it just increase tanks hp pools by 30% or something. Rework some ability.
Looking forward to new maps and gamemodes too

@@Dunmuir ye I loved when I backdash a barb by… A LOT and still get hit.
Funnily enough my main is Zaku Melee because im the person who likes to bring a knife to a gunfight.
PotG often even with the ping…so either melee attacks don’t matter as much with ping. Imma god or … Needs rebalanced
Honestly ranked is just a toxic mess. I'ma wait till season 2 to play any more ranked to see if it gets better

Finally!!!
Now they still must work on:
- Improved UI
- Improved Resolution/ Anti- Aliasing
- Performance improvements
- Statistics/ Lore for the Suits
- Related anime content such as pilots from the series
- Reworked visuals/ map designs
- Expand the game availability range to new continents/ regions
- Improved sound feedback, such as G-Maneouver differenciation usage between units
- Balancements to game mode timings, such as defuse time or capture time.
- Replay system
- Play of the game at the end of the match showing the best play (like overwatch does)
And new content such as 2 new Units per season (3 months each), a new Battlepass each season, new game modes (seasonal ones), and Tournaments between non professional players that grants great prizes/ rewards.
You can tell the difference of the audio between the g maneuvers but it takes a LOT of time to learn these instead of like how other games has it with the chars screaming the ultimates which is far more recognizeable
They got a lot of work to do, but I’ll be here to applaud them for it if they do it 👀

Like I said last stream yea Bandai doesn’t seem like they are marketing this game at all and why they are surprised with how many ppl from the west are getting into this and it’s launch is due to the fact that since gundam is niche and they had only one large boom which was from wing and that was early 2000s so this for them is like catching lightning in a bottle for a second time, also keep up the work one of the top ppl I go to for evo.
Basically tldr bare with them since this is a lighting in a bottle and they weren’t expecting it to be such a success in the west already

Quite sure what they mean by better than expected was that blizzard (being the juggernaut sized dick it is) also rushed out overwatch 2 unprepared but good enough right around the corner of gundums launch. And considering how even the gunum franchise does not exactly have the biggest fandom(like seriously do you think the majority played this game cause their a fan of gundum?) and unfortunately the deck is still heavily stacked in overwatches favour in terms of western popularity even if bandai tried to advertise the game as much as possible. Its lucky they did not have a battleborn vs overwatch situation again.
Give me guncannon or gouf next or both preferably

Guncannon would be cool because that would complete the White Base trio, but Gouf can actually just be a skin for Zaku Melee Type, since the Gouf's design is literally just a Zaku Melee Type.
But overall I really think they need to leave the Universal Century when it comes to mobile suits since Battle Operations 2 has that covered.

This is basically Bandai acknowledging the rapidly declining player count... 24 hour peak simultaneous users is under 10k.. but not directly mentioning it because they don't want people to get scared and stop throwing money at it..
This is a ploy to get you to think. "Hey they care about the game and are going to fix it, so I'm going to go throw $100 at it" then they may or may not deliver
This announcement is not something to be happy about, it's something that indicates how bad game is actually doing. Do you think they would of made this if many of the people who are playing weren't upset over issues and/or the player count wasn't rapidly declining.
The goal of this post is to try and build false confidence for the game within the players. So they won't take their money to other games

Unit balance comes a bit too late, imo.As a free to play game, I wish they can communicate balancing two weeks after new units are launched.
