Hi Janice. Love your vids (though I live in DC). I think the drive into the neighborhood is a nice addition. If I could make a suggestion, pick a cheap polarizing filter for your camera and it'll cut that windshield glare and improve visibility.

The details in this home are out of this world.. The homes at the beginning of the video were super close that I thought there were townhouses lolol. I like that this neighborhood gives you options if you dont want to be right on top of your neighbors.

Janice: This house is decorated beautifully. We really love the master and ensuite bathroom. The separation is delightful.
We wish this floor plan had a larger common space upstairs for a game room like option. We presume the large bedrooms may be a factor for why there isn’t one. We just prefer our family hang together more, than individually. Overall, a lovely home.
We look forward to every other day spending time with you this way.
William, if you don't have a need for 4 bedrooms on the upper level, you could use one of those rooms as a game room.
That third bedroom could be an open area if you knock the wall down. It'll be open space as soon as you walk up the stairs.

This home is BEAUTIFUL,,! Just needs a basement, theater, and game room
The Providence group is known for beautifully bulit homes. Their homes always look really small on the outside but once you get inside it's magnificent. They have some homes in the John Creek area where the living room is a two-story living room and it's absolutely breathtaking. This one is more traditional with lower ceilings.

I love this house! 😲 of all the homes I've seen on your channel I've never seen a bathroom like that in the owners suite!! Omg I love the sinks on opposite sides and a built in vanity! Thank you for sharing these videos. This is a beautiful home. One of the secondary bedrooms could've been smaller to allow for a sitting area in the owners suite. Also, a finished basement would allow for additional family and entertaining spaces. I'm at the point where I'll know my dream home floorplan once I see it, in part, thanks to your videos.
