Another winner. Fabulous! Love the walk in closet, kitchen, master bedroom. The yard is bigger than I want to maintain, but I’d still live there. That’s what landscapers are for.
Nice neighborhood, I loved the curved driveway and side garage. Beautiful landscaping, loved the exterior and built in features. Gorgeous decorations, lots of lighting, I liked the wood beams in the kitchen, extended island was a plus, long counters, digging the white cabinets and silver appliances. Lots of natural lighting, spacious rooms, the neutral color on the trimmings and doors gives the house a warm impression. I love the tiling in the bathrooms, unique master bedroom, that closet gives me LIFE!!! Lots of space, gorgeous bathroom, two separate sinks and the oval tub says SANCTUARY, the walk up game area was a nice touch (real unique feature). The patio and backyard was spacious, nice covered area with built in grill and fire pit was an added touch. This home was gorgeous.

This kitchen is off the chain! I love 💕 the exposed brick 🧱 the master suite is very unique (no excuses) for not working out 🏋🏽 treadmill is right there 😁😂🤣 the landscape of the backyard was nice and simple. Thank you JaNice for letting us ride along with you through the neighborhood 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

The outdoor spaces are just fantastic. The kitchen and master bedroom suite are beautiful. I am surprised that there was a formal dining room placed at the front of the home.I doubt it would be used as the eating/dining area off the kitchen would be far more convenient. The HOA fees were very high.

Sowmya, that is the garage which is currently being used as the sales office. Most builders use the model homes as their sales office for the onsite agent.

Nina, glad to know you love the channel. in addition to the owner's suite, there is 1 secondary bedroom that has an en suite. How you choose to use those secondary bedrooms, is really up to you, regardless of what they are called.

Mz Love, builders usually sell their model homes when they are close to selling out in that subdivision or sometimes they will sell the model home early but then lease it back from the owner for a year or 2. The model homes are not usually sold furnished.
