Since this is a new built, I would have expect them to match the knobs with the door handles not put the knobs black and then put the door hold the door up silver and for this price, I would have expect the master bedroom bathroom to have the built-in, shower that hold the shampoo and conditioner in the wall instead of that black little trim holder they have there they need to fix that because if I was buying this house they will have to fix that

Everything seems like an after thought. Main bedroom closets were tiny, pantry looked thrown together. Gold tub and shower fixtures but black sink fixtures. From the outside it looks so nice.

Agreed. I just don't think it is a good build - from design through construction to fit & finish.

The lot size is nice, but it just seems like builders are getting so cheap while you pay ridiculous prices. Is it just me or is the smoke detector in the first downstairs bath really yellow, like an old smoke detector that sunlight has discolored? Maybe it is just wrapped in a protective dust wrap during construction that is yellow. I looked to compare it to the one in the master, but I didn't see a smoke sector in the mast. There are no wire shelves, so at least that is nice (although at $1M+ I wouldn't expect any). The tile work was cheap - same big tile used everywhere, some of the baths just have a fiberglass show/tub encosure, The hallway to both downstairs bedrooms was really narrow,. I liked the accent idea for the great room mantel, but it just has the same flooring on it as the room - another material would have given more visual interest. The door handles and trimmed squares on the walls just makes the house look dated. And what is with the column right in front of the kitchen countertop? How do you get seating around that? The upper windows combined width in the great room doesn't match the lower windows combined width, so it gives it a mismatched appearance. The same tile used in the mater bath is used as a kitchen backsplash (was it on sales?).The panty is just a bizarre and odd layout - I don't understand the interior framing as if an interior door was going to be put in. The doors handle sets appear to be black, while the hinges appear to be brushed nickle - is that just the lighting? The beige wall paint seems to have a fair amount of yellow tint to it, which (especially combined with the trimmed wall decorations, curved handsets, etc.) give the home a dated look. There is some sloppy paintwork on the doors that you can see as the camera gets close.
I do like that it is set back from the road some to take advantage of the lot size and that it is four-sides brick. I just wish, for this price, that there was more tile work and other decorative features to add visual interest, as well as an updated look to the finishes and accessories.

Wow! You were really paying attention to all the details. And its so important when buying a house. This is a lifetime investment.

Craftsmanship is definitely lackluster/subpar at this price point. I see lots of imperfections.

I believe there's a typo in the listing price. It's posted as $789,000. I believe it should be $178,900. The shower walls look like faux formica, and the closets look like you slapped wood together with wood glue and a nail gun and just put the shelves anywhere.

@@transformativechat I live around the corner and it was listed at about a million dollars and didn’t sell…I think were they built it was the problem along with price…it’s come down about 200,000 dollars…so that says a lot! It is definitely worth more than $178,900 there are million dollar homes up the street but most are in subdivisions..it is impressive from the street, which can turn into speed way and if you have small children or pets that could be an issue it also gets backed up if the hwy is backed up…people use it as detour route. But if you are buying that house you can get it fenced in. Anyhoo just wanted expound on my previous comment 🤷🏽‍♀️😁take care
