Can't go wrong with Toll Brothers but i am digging #1, just a little more.
I would pick the first and make the 3rd floor the master suite with a sitting room and a mini bar/kitchen area.
That is a great idea! You would be giving up the nicer features of the primary suite but you would be getting more space and privacy on the 3rd floor.
Both homes are beautiful but I prefer the first one.

Good Sunday and this is a tough call. I want say the…first. It is a smaller but I like it for someone who’s retired and doesn’t need much space. They do, however, want the space maximized.
I like the Chestatee. I love the floor plan.

I love these 2 home tours! Even though I truly enjoyed both, the Chestatee would be the one for me. I like the backyard better and the kitchen.

Open air concept surrounding the kitchen to living area-spectacular as well. Well spaced owner's suite with a decent bathroom ( I know I'm picky but it's the little details that make me love a house) Love, love, love the other rooms' vibe and general flow. Chestatee.
Hotcocoa, the Chestatee is certainly a good choice and it is a single family, so it is not attached.

That is a good choice, especially if you prefer a townhome.
I like the Chestatee more, but there are somethings in the kitchen I would change. I love slide in ranges not cooktop, and cabinets in kitchen and laundry room to be double stacked. And a few more changes. What is the price of each home? And are bigger lots for bigger backyards.? What is the base price for the Chestatee,? I know I will have many upgrades because that’s why Toll Brothers homes always attracts me.
Glad you like the Chestatee. The base price for that floor plan is $627,995 and the lot sizes are going to be roughly the same.
