I love that you added the community where the home is located. That’s important info.
The house is nice but not at $1M+. I would imagine the market calls for such there. However, a smallish Master suite and unfinished basement would be major drawbacks. Outside of that, it’s a sharp house.
WenD1988, Here, regardless of the price, it is not common to have the basement completed by the builder. Basements are usually completed by the homeowner after purchase and I will agree that the owner's suite could be larger but I am sure the right buyer will think it is the perfect size. Love the open floor plan, the spacious basement, the master a little small for so many rooms, however, it has great possibilities. It surely has peeked my interest, with that beautiful neighborhood. Thanks.

This community is a stalkers nightmare. They can't get in, peace of mind is priceless. I liked the house when I heard gates community and security 24/7 all for 3K a year for HOA....sold. I wasn't impressed with the home itself I really like the feel of safety.
Some are nice I wish I could see some pics of houses that have four are more room I don't mind a basement with four step only down and four steps going upstairs too the bedroom love too see that with two are four bathroom in ILLINOIS around Champaign IL. and two steps too get in the house and nice back yard too

WOW, look at the size of those homes and lots. You cant buy a shack in areas of (CA) Marin County for 1M, love the spacious kitchen.
