Blending An Oil Painting with Nial Adams - Basic Tips and Tricks

Blending an oil painting can produce beautiful results and is one of the pleasures of working in oils. But what should you blend and how?
In this short video I explain a few of the simple things you need to know and how to get the best from your blending techniques when working in oils.

Very helpful reminder in adding to the depth, thank you! Your clouds here are stunning. The depth of movement & drama, light vs dark, the swirling pale lilac cloud just right of center.. the storm cloud below to the right of it. The whole composition is so well done. Would you ever consider a longer, or possibly a two part tutorial for a similar landscape w/ a dramatic sky?
