Should most pranayama work be done on an empty stomach or is it okay after eating?
Best to do on an empty stomach, especially the stronger breathing practices. Lots of peace, love and good practice 🙏
why westerner always use budha based meditation techniques... have you ever try Islamic based meditation, called Shalat ... 5 times... the result ... you can feel it MORE than meditatioin
