    I've tried others but this one is the best for me. Your voice is soothing and gets me in the zone easily. I use this every morning before my exercise routine. I recently bought sleep headphones and listen to Aaron Doughty's Self Love sleep meditation on loop while I sleep. I've been using this for a week so far and there is so much healing happening. During the day people or situations from the past will pop into my head, so I bring them into my morning meditation to heal. I also do some on the spot reciting if I encounter negative people (In my head lol). Love it, thank you so much ❤

    Wow. I've never cried so hard! Your beautiful. Thank you for this session. I truly feel a sense of relief after this. I hold in SO MUCH anger. Growing up and not being wanted BY anyone was truly horrible. As an adult I'm not sure what it feels like to be truly loved orliked even. Doing these types of sessions is starting to touch on how to love me :) it may take me the rest of my life to know how it feels to be loved but I'm okay with that :) I'm in it to win it xo

    This session often brings tears to my eyes, sometimes out loud crying, this is powerful stuff for me... I guess I need to ask for forgiveness to my inner self for all the trauma I did to this meat sac I have for a lifetime...

      Cheers for the Video clip! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you tried - Eenlit Dignified Eradicator (do a google search)? It is a great one of a kind guide for enjoying life and free yourself of any internal mind blocks minus the hard work. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my old buddy Taylor finally got astronomical results with it.

    Thank you Michael 🙏 I could “see” during the meditation that the energy was indeed cleared, a lot of spiritual helper was around me celebrating the clearing - it was beautiful.
    We are never alone, we just need to be cleared and then we can see the truth/love/connectedness.

    This was great, thanks, I have been researching "oponopono" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Wanogan Teyarter Cure - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got great success with it.

    Hello, Michael!
    I've been doing this ho' oponopono meditation for the last few days because I want to patch things up with my boyfriend.
    I have a question for you.
    May I?
    Well, I've been doing vipassana meditation since 2015 on a daily basis. I felt from the start that I was being healed deep inside. Even bad sensations that I had been living with for many years, disappeared in the early months of my practice.
    Michael, last month my 65-year-old father passed away after feeling an excrutiating pain in the abdomen and staying for 26 days at the ICU.
    It was 26 days of fear, stress and sorrow for our family.
    I noticed that I don't react as a "normal person" anymore. While everyone else sobbed and cried, I just did not react that way, even though it was deeply hurting me.
    It also has been true for other times in my life when something bad happens to me and I just cannot react the way I did before starting my meditation practice. I mean, I used to cry a lot if I was sad or disappointed. Now the tears just don't come!
    Does it have anything to do with meditation?

      Dear Michel, Thank you for your message. Yes, this probably has a lot to do with meditation. You are now able to be detached from your emotions and can observe them without being overwhelmed by the emotion or 'becoming' the emotion. It is still possible to feel emotions like pain, sadness and grief, but you are able to experience it from a 'higher' perspective. You are able to observe the grief, but you can still smile. You can observe the pain, but with a feeling of peace.
      If there is attachment to suffering, which many people have', one might say that he/ she misses being fully indulged in these emotions. Misses to be able to become fully sad and crying and indulging in the pain. To become fully angry and shouting etc. One links suffering with feeling alive. The thing with meditation is that we come out of suffering and in a way do become more detached from our emotions. It is very important to not only detach, but also connect with what you truly love in life. So connect with nature, with people, with creativity. Connect with life. Connect with love. Connect with God.

      Could you recommend any book, course, or place I can go in order to become like you? 😁
