    Thanks for sharing. But So there is action points added mixed on any of the rocks and anchors and then there is not dot voting on the actions to take? Are you sure that majority of the members are agreeing on all action points written?

      You can use any tools, it's doesn't matter, miro, mural etc.

      you can do this with any kind of agile boards - Miro is most widely used ,Bitrix24 , just google you will get many
