    I remember Shashank Pachunuri(Scrum Master in this video) took my interview for Scrum Master in FactSet about 3 months ago and he Rejected me that time. But over the time , my hard work and great content by Career Talk I finally cracked Scrum Master role in a very reputed company and got 140% hike.
    Thanks Shashank for Rejecting me that time other wise I would have been limited to 40% salary hike only at that time.

    Hi Sunand,
    I would like to thank you for your efforts in guiding us through our career path with your videos. With your channel support, I have cracked multiple interviews and finally landed in a company 2 weeks back. So far, in my Scrum Master journey, I have used Planning poker for estimating user stories in story points. In the current company, the process seems to be a little different, and estimations are done here by first estimating initiatives/epics in T-shirt sizes and then user stories in story points. The tool used here for estimating is fire poker and I have never used this tool. Can you give me some guidance on this? I have browsed a lot for fire poker but no luck, I couldn't find any information with the required inputs on how to plan using fire poker. Help me with some information on this please.
    Thanks,
    Swapna Parisha.

    • @CareersTalk
      @CareersTalk  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      congratulations on getting multiple offer(also thanks for giving credit to careerstalk 😀, although we belief its your hard work and dedication 2- Tool , which tool you used so far ?? as long as you understand the basics , you can learn any tools , Firepoker is an open source planning poker ,which is like any other poker tool available online . i don't see any challenge in using same, its pretty standard.

    Hi Sir, suppose Stakeholder have to review 5 user stories but he is unable to review all the stories. Suppose he was not able to review 1 or 2 US in review meeting due to time taken by other 3 stories was more.
    In this situation as a SM what step should i take. Either setup another review meeting in same sprint or we can review these stories in next sprint

    • @CareersTalk
      @CareersTalk  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's depends entirely on your team agreement 🤝 and stakeholders. How important those functionality. Ideally it should not happen, increase the review duration, given indication to your stakeholders why it will take more time [ may be more complex functionality etc]

    • @CareersTalk
