I have a question. Can I use Govee x EVANGELION gaming light bars with Govee sync box 2? I know there is a dreamview but the light bars are advertised as only for music sync and it's only for desktop/PC but I want to use the light bars for TV with Sync box. Is it possible?
I have a few questions if you don't mind addressing. 1. So do your items I.e. PS5 plug into that sync box that then goes into the TV 2. How do the lights that come with the set connect, are they directly connected to the sync box via wires? 3. If you wanted to use a different set of Govee LED lights because you may have a bigger tv, is that possible to swap the ones out that come in the set.
1) All your devices plug into the sync box which then has an output to your TV. 2) They connect via USB-C. 3) I'm not entired sure with this, though I cannot think of any reason that a strip with the same integrated controller chip wouldn't work.
This sync box can't even handle HDR/DV content displaying some wierd colours. But the worst thing is dark scenes handling. All blacks or dark greys are displayed as green in both SDR and HDR content. This is bad. It looks Govee doesn't work to sort out of issues releasing the same faulty product with upgraded HDMI ports and white leds added to the strip. Don't waste your money!
@@steve8642005 I mean compared to what’s out in the market I guess I can settle with mediocre when it’s the only thing that has 99% accuracy and bright you want the best set up you gotta wait bro. It’s life. Let me guess your parents got you a Mercedes for your car. Compared to the last one this has 8K 4K, and a bunch of hertz tf you care about Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos,
@@pedrorocks1313131bruh that shit is actually important though fam I mean I get it if you don’t want it but I wanna use for my movie watching not just gaming and it should dead ass have it off the rip tbh.
Govee is constantly releasing new products which all can connect with dream view. Not the best on matter support but great in every other way

Is there auto switching between HDMI sources?

Tired of paying Phillip Hue Prices.
Definitely
No!
Who pays you to write these bullocks?!
It wasn't just resolution/refresh , it was t he fact you had to disable VRR and HDR with the original box.

This thing does NOT support HDR! No review includes this GLARING OMISSION
Exactly. I'm so pissed off about that! But both SDR and HDR content struggle with dark scenes. That green colour looks awful!
So no Dolby Vision/Atmos support
Soooo ur never happy
