By far the best dash, core, replacement video out there. Double thumbs up brother. I’ll be doing this job in a couple weeks. Keep em coming!

1 thing I'd recommend even though it's a bit of a PITA, pull the seats. Makes A LOT more room & makes things a bunch easier, especially if you're a fat ol' the trucker! 😉

This is a good, helpful video. However, if you tackle this project don't underestimate the difficulty of the "fun zone".....putting the HVAC box back in. It was very difficult for me to line all those studs up and get it back in. Had to get help. Most if not all the youtubers kinda edit over this part. Maybe pulling the dash completely out would help but that is not easy either.

I did this 2 years ago and never want to revisit this swap again. I didn't get the air box out heater core yes blend doors no I didn't change them God help me I won't be using the truck for anything serious it's retired like it's previous owner. Your video will help me with finishing up reconnecting wire's
    Thanks.

The thing with the vp44. They are very reliable. But very fragile at the same time. To little fuel pressure can overheat and the pump. But to much fuel pressure can blow out the seals. Just a little info. Great video btw. Enjoyed it

And the low sulfur diesel lacks the proper lubricationg that the pump needs as well.

Just curious does anyone know where to get the heater core assembly box? I can't find any new ones.
