    Pro tip since I almost died like an hour ago. If you have a bad asthma attack for the day, and you decided to take a hot shower, for the love of oxygen keep an inhaler with you in the bathroom just in case. I was literally sweating and my skin was itching like crazy.

      To reverse your asthma, try to research GAPS diet. I think you have autoimmune which mean you have a leaky gut. Also vitamin D help me reverse my asthma.

    I just started playing hockey 1 day a week. First time in 20+ years. The memory of not being able to breathe while exerting myself is all coming back. As a relatively healthy person, not a lot of intense exercise has been performed in a long time. I had borrow an inhaler. I haven’t used one since playing hockey 20+ years ago. I may have to get an inhaler again. What a world of a difference.

    I had an asthma attack when I was about 5, I was at my cousin's house and they don't really clean up so you can see what the trigger was. It hasn't affected me much but I do sometimes at night start clearing my throat and half cough while doing it. Pretty sucky but imo one of the luckier cases of asthma, lmfao. Shout-out to the people who have so much worse from this disease, hang in there homies.

    A naturopath told me that lung problems can also come from deep emotinal grief , as well as physical triggers . This makes sense . Ive seen correlations in this . My friend who is never sick got brochial and athsma problems over summer shortly after his mother died . Also Im having asthma these days (whereas I hardly ever get breathing problems ,) because Ive lost two family members within a 10 months . Its just too much of a co incidence .

    CAC Kapha Sachet- The powder contains a mixture of herbal ingredients which are mainly made for the treatment of asthma. Their properties generally balance the vata and kapha dosha. The sachet contains ingredients like - Sitopladi churna, Abhrak bhasma, Laxmi vilas ras, Godanti bhasma, etc. It is used mainly in chronic cough, whooping cough and trouble breathing. It also relieves congestion of chest, sore throat. The ingredients loosen the mucus accumulated in the chest thus making it easy to cough it out. Its main therapeutic effects appear on lungs, pleura, and airways.

    I have asthma, but I almost cured it by 3 simple steps. These methods are cheap and best :
    1) No animal proteins like egg, mutton, chicken, milk and milk products...stop milk, curd, cheese etc at any cost. Eat simple vegetarian foods.
    2) brisk walking (10 mins) in morning & evening in sunlight. Or cycling / सूर्य नमस्कार / play badminton / lawn tennis.
    3) Ekadashi fasting is must. Have fruits, boiled veggies or soup.
    I learned all these during covid lock down and now I am completely free of asthma, allergies, cold cough.

    • @chunks1965
      @chunks1965 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Asthma is a chronic (long-term) condition characterized by inflammation and narrowing of the airways, which leads to difficulty in breathing.
      It is often triggered by allergens (like pollen, dust mites, and pet dander), respiratory infections, physical activity, cold air, smoke, and strong emotions or stress.
      Bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchial tubes, which carry air to and from the lungs. It can be acute (short-term) or chronic (long-term).
      Acute Bronchitis: Usually caused by viral infections (like the common cold or flu), but can also be caused by bacterial infections or exposure to irritants (like smoke, dust, or fumes).
      Chronic Bronchitis: Often caused by long-term irritation of the airways, primarily due to smoking. It is a type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

      I am also a patient of asthma and i cured it by doing exercise and by morning walk. Trust me i was taking 8 to 9 tablets 3 times a day when i was attacked but by morning walk i left all my medicines gradually. Its my guarantee you will be fine just do it for a month as a trial

      I think because your immunity was developing at that time so you get asthma by any kind of stimulation to your immunity but now your body knows how to response without making hypersensitivity but i think also it may get back once your immunity become weaker due to the age

    I have asthma and my asthma is kinda bad I feel like I can’t breathe,luckily I have this machine and can help me it’s called the nebulizer (that’s what I call it)it helps!

    • @monsterfucker.
      @monsterfucker. 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh I would have to use the nebulizer quite often when I was a kid now I use an inhaler

    • @mrnopy6707
      @mrnopy6707 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It sucks that is true. For me as I got older, I didn't need a nebulizer anymore but the attacks became more hard to handle but the inhaler does the trick almost anytime. Hope things will work out for ya soon enough.

    • @josephdaniel3259
      @josephdaniel3259 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is not good to be Dependent on nebuliser. Vitamin D will help to cure your asthma. Also research about GAPS diet
