How could you make a 10 minute video that is equal to one month of my studies in the university? 😳✨ After seven weeks of studying infectious diseases and anatomy courses, my knowledge was still not equal to it is now after watching your short video!!! You are amazing!!!!!
Your website is not free but it seems your TH-cam channel is free and I can't thank you enough for being here and helping students like me who can't afford even low membership prices! I'm living in Iran and even don't have internet connection most of the times due to current protests.
I can get connected to TH-cam just twice a week and just a couple of minutes ago, I was thinking how to do my university assignment as the internet speed is overwhelmingly slow to the extent that I can't open any websites!!! I tried to connect to TH-cam and I accidently could connect and watched a couple of your free videos! Now I'm able to write my assignment and that's thanks to you.
Please don't forget people like me and continue to make FREE contents. ✨❤🙏

Being a Medical student and finding such great illustrations of diseases and medicine, all i would say is, you guys are the professors I’ve longed for.
And I’m thankful of everyone working in osmosis, the script writer, the narrator , the video editor, the producer, everyone.
Your high gradient knowledge has osmotically entered my lower gradient knowledge, and will watch these video until both the gradients becomes equal.
    Thank you guys❤️

My mother succumbed to this disease in 2016. She used to occasionally complain of shortness of breath at times but never checked it out.. it then got worse that’s when we took her to the hospital and she was immediately admitted to ICU and said she was left with 20% lung function.
💔💔May her soul Rest In Peace.. She still gives me more motivation to succeed in med school

1/2 This explanation is great. Thankyou. My husband was diagnosed with pneumonia at a very late stage 4 years ago. It just looks like he had a bad flu. He wasn't coughing up anything. He got severe pain and had to be rushed to the ER. His lungs were full of pus and the infection had started on the outside of his lungs aswell. He went through 21 hellish days of hospital treatment ; IV antibiotics, a thoracic draining tube and a 3 day treatment of severely painful fribronylitics (which he was told wouldn't be painful). The fribronylitics was supposed to flush the infection out by melting the lung fibres as the infection wouldn't budge from the antibiotics. It didn't work. He was then referred to a thoracic surgeon. He operated and physically removed the infection. He said my husband's lungs were as white as plaster and one lung was squashed by a large amount of scar tissue. The lung couldn't be moved without damaging it more. 4 years on hubby still has daily severe pain. Cont.

I was feeling ill for a week before I finally had no energy to walk. Had to call an ambulance and that's the last I remember untill I woke up in the ICU,intubated and had no idea what was going on. I thought I was choking and couldn't breath thought I was going to die, couldn't communicate or move to tell the nurses. I shit myself many times I was scared shitless. Hospital staff should let people know what's going on. Half my hair fell out after this experience from stress. When I came out of a coma I felt reborn which was pretty amazing. It turned out I had compilations including severe sepsis, respiratory failure, kidney damage and other things.

Atypical pneumonia: is actually a viral type, death rate is actually low, less than 1%. Even in severe cases full recovery is usual. It's actually referring to "walking pneumonia", complications is relatively rare. Walking pneumonia can actually be caused by bacterial form. Bacterial pneumonia is actually very dangerous, Klebsiella pneumonia doesn't respond in penicillin. Aspiration pneumonia are actually cause by regurgitation of foreign matter. Types: chemicals, oil from burning oil wells, bacterial, viral, fungal.

I remember catching bacterial pneumonia before Xmas in 2017. I was only 26 at the time. Scariest moment ever!
First symptoms I had was lower back pain, I thought I’d been sitting awkwardly. It then went to having swollen glands in my throat and feeling like I had a flu. It then went to not being able to eat, feeling weak and it hurt to breathe and it’s when I started to cough blood that I drove to the hospital. It was there that they told me I had a serious case of pneumonia and a fast heart rate. I had to stay in hospital for a few days as my temperature was so high. I will never forget how scary it was, the not being able to breathe without pain, not being able to sleep, get my temperature down. It was only after a few days went by and having medication things started to improve. I left hospital on Xmas day, I’d lost a lot of weight and it took a lot out of me. It took time to build myself up again, at the time I was a normal, healthy young guy. And back then I never got the flu jab, ever since then I have and luckily up until now I’ve been ok. Really does open your eyes.
I went to a doctor surgery when I noticed swollen glands. He told me there was nothing wrong, and that night I ended up in hospital. So if you ever get these symptoms and just feel like you’re getting worse. Go with your instinct and to the hospital, you know your own body better than anyone.

@@seadragon1456 thanks you and we don't have the best healthcare we have free healthcare.
Meaning when you go to the hospital its always a 6-8 hour wait because it's free so they go whenever they want. I had to go twice to the hospital the first time I waited 10 hours for them to give me advil and they told me to go home. The second time I went I got there at 6pm and didn't get out until 7am. It was like 9-10 hours of me just waiting coughing and throwing up in the waiting room.
My pneumonia came back this weel unfortunately, but instead of going to the hospital I booked an appointment with my family doctor, which I'm lucky to have because many people here don't have doctors because it is so hard to get a doctor here. I am just on more antibiotics, but hopefully it will go away this time
