Dude, thank you so much for this video. Its so well done. Im not a medical student or anything like that. I am 32 and I have had asthma my entire life. I just decided tonight to learn as much as I can about my condition. You answered so many questions I have. Also, you gave me the ability to better communicate with my doctor. Thank you so much
Hi! I am enjoying your videos but I ha e a question regarding treatment. Looking a the new guideline aren’t we supposed to start them on ICS + LABA prn even in intermittent and then same in step 2 but daily?
It is like a miracle for students, a shortening of time, and the speed of delivering information in a more than wonderful way, something worthy of gratitude for. Thank you very much, may God grant you success always and forever.
This is the first Asthma video I came across, and no regrets. Your energy and passion made it so engaging. I had a really bad asthma episode last week. I've had asthma my whole life, but never needed an inhaler until this year. This was so helpful in understanding was happened and how to face it.
This rocks. You guys are great at hitting the key info without getting bogged down. The visual representations are mint too. Unironically a much better education on this topic than what I got in my university class.
The treatment for asthma has been updated, the use of SABA monotherapy is no longer recommended, they are now recommending the use of ICS-fomoteral PRN for step one. The use of ICS is to reduce the asthma execrations. As per GINA guidelines.
جزاك الله خير الجزاء و وفقك الله لما يحب ويرضى 🥰🥰♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ May God reward you with the best reward and grant you success in what He loves and is pleased with 🥰🥰♥️♥️♥️♥️
Thank you for this amazing presentation; I am a nurse and respiratory therapist. I am studying for the asthma national certification, your video was very helpful.
Am I right in saying you used Track #2 of GINA instead of track #1? Track #1 gina is preferred according to GINA 2024 updates, not sure if you guys can update this but so many DNP and PA students are struggling with the lack of clarity on which track to use. Can you guys clarify that?
Thank you this has been really helpful, but please could you explain how early and late asthmatic responses differ? I know later is 4-8 hours after but I'm struggling to get a basic understanding of the late response
Hey ninja nerd team.. could you please re upload the previous videos for COPD and asthma? The older mechanisms of action were more detailed... I hope you don't mind
please someone answer me, so is this the same as old (retired) videos but with a smaller summary thou smaller time, or what? because the retired videos are way longer and I am nervous about which one to watch and afraid of missing something
Is aminophylline used as a "last resort" in the USA for asthma exacerbations? It's used in the UK from time to time, albeit is quite controversial. Great video, as always!

They should've left it as is, extra drug side effects don't help either.

Hello, in treatment does he mean SABA + low dose corticosteroid in step 2?
Is aminophylline used as a "last resort" in the USA for asthma exacerbations?
It's used in the UK from time to time, albeit is quite controversial.
