I bought my machine and didn’t know nothing. With their support and videos I learnt a lot.
the lady your talking about bought a 6 head cash and the videos she posted all had a valid argument. she did a side by side comparison with her new machine and you can see why she's upset. with that said i have a ricoma and i love it as well, no complaints with my machine or the customer service.
Im not saying she didn't im just trying to explain everyone has a different experience. I love mine to. Can't complain with the money I've made either

I love my TC1501. The learning curve is real but the more you play with it the better. Unfortunately Hatch don’t work with Apple so I had to learn Chroma. You hooked me up by getting them to give me a good deal and I appreciate that. You a real one Sean! Thanks homie.

I like your honesty and candid review. You’re so right about a personal experience. Everyone has different experience about a lot of things.
Great honest opinion, i see people talkin down on every type of embroidery machine on the market. I am debating on the ricoma because I've done my research for over 1.5yrs and I've heard the bad and the good. Ultimately its a machine like a vehicle and if you keep up with the maintenance it should work properly and last a long time.
I have one exactly like yours and definitely yes it’s a fantastic machine and I absolutely love it I bought a brother luminaire XP 1 and that cost me 20,000 and I thought the Ricoma for 12,000 and it’s a much better quality machine so I think it’s definitely worth it 👍🏻

Lucky you, I am in Miami about 15 minutes from headquarters and when I needed someone here they made me carry my machine and take it to them. 🤬
i didnt really learn anything about the machine or what makes it worth it tbh. You had a great experience so we can say its at least a good machine mostly because of the customer service.
Just started embroidering a few months ago. Don't have a customers, haven't looked. Just give my items to friends/family....Ready to upgrade from PE800 to your machine. A machine i can grow with. Here we come embroidery business!!!

Jaime Carnes is the lady he's talking about. She really dragged Ricoma through the mud LOL. I personally have a Brother, which are halfway between commercial and home machines. It does the job well enough, but there was a very steep learning curve. Expect A LOT of frustration with embroidery.
And most machines will do what you need, but the resale value on certain machines is very poor because they will break down on you over time. Also, quality on tough garments such as structured hats can vary greatly from a cheaper manufactured machine, compared to the top of the line machines. And for those wondering, the best commercial machines on the market are Tajima, Barudan, and ZSK.
How you know how the service of other companies are not good?

I got one my self and is still to early for me to say something about it but what it is funny about the lady talking bad about it is that she is not showing any video working on the machine she is just showing mess up hats that could be done anywhere and the other guy didn't even got the equipment in it seems to me that is all about the sponsorship contract and it seems that them both are trying to destroy this company again I hope I don't regret this comment that I just made let's see but it seems that every entrepreneur that has it shows no problem and they show the machine working

What is htv vinyl ?
I can tell you 100% they don't all come from the same factory. Most of the Chinese brand machines do and just have a different name on the front.
It’s not just the name on the front though because they have different features and field sizes available. Brother and Babylock come from the same factory and are nearly identical, but the Ricoma and Highland and Avance all have different features etc. even though Avance and Highland are now owned by the same company.
