Great Video! I Never liked screen printing transfers, they say it lasts just like screenprinting directly but I don’t think that’s the case. At least it hasn’t been my experience. We had problems with them peeling before despite following instructions to a T. Nothing beats direct screenprinting but DTF is pretty sweet for certain things.

Yes, screenprinting is the only way for long life prints ! Hey, so did you go with puff additive or puff base for your redo on that job ? (both work well and last a long time! I have prints I did with puff back in 2009 that are still good today )
Can you do a video on what inks you use for black tshirts and white tshirts

Thanks!! I use plastisol inks to make custom mixing colors if that’s what you’re referring to?

I would also like your opinion on embroidery machines. I want to incorporate embroidery into my business. What’s your opinion on the Ricoma machine? I’m torn between the Ricoma and Tajima embroidery machines.

what is the size of screen? do you use A3 or large film positive?
23 inches by 31 inches for my screen and as big as 17 inches wide for my film positives

Definitely want to! With the screen printing currently it’s tricky to hire someone and teach how to manually print… there’s just so much that goes into it that it would be hard to hand the printing off quality wise. Working hard to be start delegating more hopefully soon.
I can definitely say it’s already taking a toll on the health with the manual labor but working hard to change that🙏🏽
