Here's a tip apply your products on wet damp hair, use a diffuser and spot diffuse/dry one spot at a time to minimizefrizz. Once done you can play with the parting and voila!
Could you explain how you handle frizz if you only shampoo/wash hair every 2-4 days? I go to the gym 6 days a week but I have hair similar to yours so it gets frizzy by day 2 and dry + coarse by day 3 of not washing my hair. Any products or tips to control frizz and keep the hair looking sleek and conditioned between days that I dont shampoo my hair?
