My hairstyle is lengthy medium (Jeff Bridges and Timothée Chalamet). Your video convinced me to hold off before I get my next cut. I'd love to see a video on best ways to approach maintaining this longer "medium" look. I say this because I can get into a yo-yo routine with my stylist: cut the hair back, I let it grow, repeat. Maybe that's the challenge. I seem to have got it back to where I like it. (To complicate things, I keep thinking I want to grow it longer but keep coming back to lengthy medium) I guess my goal is to reach that "ideal length" plus a little more and then get it cut around every six weeks. I would welcome a video on trying to maintain a look once you've stuck upon it. I hope that makes sense. I'm sure it does. Thanks.

Your hair looks fantastic, but I looked up the ingredients and the primary ingredients are a mix of silicones that are common in other products. I think you could get similar results with a drugstore anti-frizz serum 😅. Also, a lot of brands justify their price tag by having a custom fragrance blend. Perfume is expensive. That said, I use mostly Aveda and other high end salon brands, so I can’t really talk.

I feel you. Same situation. I didn't know I had wavy/curly hair baxause it has always been short. Been growing it about a year, with a haircut 2 months ago for shaping. I lost length in the back and sides but kept most of the top length. Try having body dysmorphia and dealing with the awkward phase of curly/wavy. Excruciating.

Try this-it changed my life: coat your ends and mids with conditioner and leave it there while you shampoo your roots and scalp. Then rinse it out and condition like you normally would. Not only does my hair look less dry, it’s actually keeping it healthier
