Thanks for the tour Russ! We stayed in Quartsite this past winter (both at Plomosa and in town) but with the border closed, we are unable to come down. Really enjoyed Arizona and will return at some point. Take care!

I usually boondock at a truck stop. Boondocked at the Loves there off of I-10.
One of the noisiest boondocks I've ever done...semi's all night with their 'Jake' brakes...

Russ's favorite camping on BLM land is Plomosa Road...all the other categories you outlined are all the same in terms of quality from site to site....
Russ, If you're way out in one of the 14 day BLM areas or even one of the LTVAs and you have a heart attack or other emergency and you call 911 how do the emergency ambulance and police find you?
Is it always obvious who the campground host is? The closest camp to the entrance? I'm hoping to give the whole digital nomad thing a try starting sometime this year so it's good to know which sites have decent internet. I think I've watched every single one of your videos now over the last few months. Thank you!

How is the 14-day rule enforced, exactly? If I'm camping in Scaddan Wash and pack up my rig and move a mile deeper into Scaddan Wash after 14 days, how would anyone know?

On these BLM Land Like Road Runner is there a check in office and how do they know if no check in office that you are staying 14 days one of my questions
Just camped there...no office...or even a camp host that I saw...would be easy to circumvent the rules...and I'm sure plenty are right now...

Ideally, everyone cleans up after themselves. Known in the full time world to pack in pack out.
Lots of good people will pick up other people's trash at the campsite even before they've set up their own camp....

yes you can get a permit from any host or BLM officer at any location. just tell them where your camped
Can you drive a Jeep on the dirt roads where you usually take the dusty nugget? Are there signs? Where do you find the rules?
Jeeps are the vehicles that put those trails in there in the first place....

You can run a generator anywhere you please. Most people try and be respectful of others close by but if someone doesn't like the noise, they have to move, not you.

Camp host is only concerned with if you're going to stay the full 14 days...could care less if you're staying less than that...

Yeah, I don't get that...rare to see homeless in Quartzsite camping areas...prolly has something to do with all the BLM land camping being hosted....
