Bobby is actually helping people by informing them about the dangers of conventional foods. Are you helping people or claim you have better advise? He's not forcing anyone to buy "Organic" just recommending it.
I love his app The fact that I have a tool in my pocket that will help me weed through all the ingredient lists because I’m a busy mom and sometimes sorting through the lists can be overwhelming. So if someone can sort out which items are full of seed oils and other inflammatory ingredients for me, that’s great!
When he talks about the dirty dozen and you reaponded " fruit and veg for God's sake" what does that mean? Does that mean it's more important that it IS fruit and veg or what? I certainly do not want chemicals sprayed on my fruit and veg.
Who are you? Bobby is right on target. His research is epic. He knows more than you know. He changed my way of eating and taught me how to read labels. First one to announce olive oil was lying about their ingredients. Constantly updating . I'd like to mute your smug remarks and listen to just him!
He's reading studies that some professional dietitians are literally paid to ignore, so they can promote and get paid by big companies that are responsible for people in the USA getting higher rates of cancer and health problems. Also, you can see honesty in people's eyes, and he obviously has more than you in him--so who is the real problem?
Ofcourse healthier processed foods are going to be more expensive than very unhealthy processed foods. One of the big reasons they are so unhealthy in the first place is because they are using cheap ingredients to boost profits. I dont see why that is so hard to understand. But here is the thing: You dont have to buy a lot of them. Because you shouldnt even be eating a lot of the healthier processed foods anyway. You should be eating one-ingredient whole foods which are still largely affordable. ground beef can be gotten for as low as $3 per pound if you buy in bulk. Even grass fed ground beef can be gotten for as low as $5.50 per pound, and Bobby points that out a lot on his channel.
I followed Bobby for a long time, and learned a lot about ingredients, good and bad. No, he's not technically qualified to make judgments about food, but a lot of what he promotes is common sense. I just rolled my eyes when he gushed about the really expensive stuff because he also goes to stores like Lidl and Aldi to find quality food for much lower prices. However, I unfollowed him immediately once he teamed up with Dr. Eric Berg. Someone who chooses to disown his own son because he doesn't want to be part of the Scientology cult, is not a good person. There were so many other TH-cam folks Bobby could have chosen to partner with, and I was very disappointed he went with Berg. I'm only one person, and I'm sure Bobby couldn't care less.
Ur the best
The way Bobby eats is only for those with "DEEEEEEEEEEEP POCKETS". INSANE!
Bobby needs to "parish" from YT!

He has the money for it. Let the guy spend his money on his good food. I wish I could!

My head hurts.
Lacto if you need it I do and the fake cream and custard is a game changer for me.
But £8 on a loaf. Wow
Dislike of course he gets kick back. He’s giving us knowledge for free. He’s helping us and helping himself.
