This video is very well written and has healthy, real-life tips! But the "Wonyoung Diet" is widely known as being harmful as Wonyoung herself is severly underweight. Be careful not to set high expectations for yourself, improving your health is good but harming yourself in the process is not! Take your time, you are beautiful every step of the way 💕

Guys please do not workout 3 times a day if you are a begginer or a young child because this might exhaust you and faint i reccomend doing a workout 1 time a day and start levekling it up once you are getting used to it

from my experience, cotton clothes are better than polyester, i feel exactly the opposite as what this video states ^_^ cotton actually allows my skin to breath in contrast to polyester, since it's a synthetic fabric made by particles similar to plastic it makes me sweat easier and i feel my back all wet unlike cotton
I suggest working out for 10-15 minutes a day or go for a walk/run,if you dont feel like it that day,rest,dont force yourself❤️

TIP:start your diet whit slowly ex:eat a BIT healtier the first 2 days, the another bit heltier in the 5 day then you should start it fully! Your stomach will think you are stûpīd for switching so fast!
