@@V.Perinski Sorry, I think the translation was wrong. I mean the connections in your wooden box, which connect to body with the cover.

To create a box, you need any vector editor, such as Illustrator, Corel, itc... You can immediately do it in the program for the LightBurn laser, but it is less convenient

Спасибо за новое видео! Однако у предыдущего, собранного вами "TWOTREES TS2" есть несомненное преимущество: возможность подключения компрессора системы "Air Assist". Это первое. И второе: если я внимательно смотрел видео, то понял что в качестве концевых выключателей используются дешевые мембранные "тактовые" кнопки, а не классические микропереключатели и не щелевые оптопары . Если это так, то это несомненный минус, ибо мембранные тактовые кнопки имеют "дребезг", недолговечны и не очень надежны. Мой опыт показал (в системах, не связанных ни с CNC ни 3D печатью), что присутствует т.наз. "выбег" толкателя концевика - т.е. сигнал на останов уже пришел, а инерция системы все еще двигает шток дальше. В случае оптической шторки проблема не стоит вообще, если микропереключатель с пластиной и роликом, то тоже проблем нет (там есть люфт после срабатывания), а вот тактовая кнопка (как тут) вскоре будет раздавлена. Верхний контакт станет плоским, а не полусферическим. Не понимаю, зачем такое "удешевление" в общем-то в хорошей конструкции. В любом случае, спасибо за видео! Онозначно лайк!
Полностью разделяю ваше мнение. На момент съемки первого лазера, я знал что в другой тоже лазер… я не поинтересовался что там за модель :)
Производителю был передан список моих замечаний, включая и концевики, хотя для лазера они и не нужны в принципе… (из опыта, это только потеря времени )

6.50 - pine 8.32 - acrylic. I don’t remember the parameters, I always select according to the material

There are several laser-diodes in the head of the laser, this requires powerful cooling.

The point is that you must match the parameters to your tasks and materials by experience. Even the manufacturer can only give a tentative recommendation. Depending on the application, each material is tested with a laser and the best processing strategy is selected.
