of all the food in the world , tabouli / tabouleh is my absolute favorite. i feel like i am eating pure health. thanks for clip. : )
Mines too
yes Tabouli has green onion if not available u can use red onion , lemon better than lime, fresh mint or dry mint is fine but less burgol ! I am from Lebanon plus I have my Middle Eastern Restaurant ! Thanks for sharing all your Recipe's
J
I never soak my bulgar (burg’ll)…chopped tomatoes over the fine bulgar is enough
This salad is simply spectacular
shows it in really professional and simple way to see and understand.Thank you.

This is the best recipe for this salad. 😋👌💕🎊
This is so good! i personally add lemon rather than lime, but its still the best food ever!
Great recipe. I sometimes add cooked chickpeas to it. You get protein from it. And becomes a complete meal
awesome ill try this for sure, we grow soo many types of mint and 5 or so varieties of parsley to test it out with
Looks very delicious 😍😍👏👏
Superb!
my favorite
thanks a lot for sharing
I wanna try to make it. Tq for the receipe
When I was in Qatar I had a student who would bring tambuli to class parties. It was sooooooo good but he would think the whole tray was just for him. He would eat every bit. The Arabic teacher would make it also. It's hard to find restraints that make it correctly in the U S but I've found a few.
awesome
very healthy food wow . thank for sharing .
Perfect-Just the recipe, no bullshit.
Great cooking❤❤
very usefull
this looks amazing, can't wait to try it. Thanks for the recipe.
very nice recipe. thank you.
for the real tabbouleh (Lebanese) you need more parsley and you need to chop them nicely, you need to use onions instead of green onion, less burghol is used, and they need to be soaked in room temperature water for longer time.
Yum,..I grow all this,... will be a great summer... I have so much parsley and mint. Just wondering if I can use Cous couse
Bulgur wheat is couscous. Same thing.
Dry and stylish
the tabbouleh is a lebanese salad...I knew it cause I'm lebanese and I love it
I only have the whole bulgur, not cut. Do I still only soak it in boiling water but for a longer soaking?
god blees woman can cook
Amazing. I make this but instead of lime I use lemon and add lemon zest.
One of my favourite salads
This one is very tasty. What else salad you can recommend?
Cool😊
Nice
The mint just gives freshness to the salad it defentliy makes the differance but its optional
Hi,
It's difficult to get fresh parsley here.
We get dehydrated parsley in bottles.
Can we use any other leaf as the substitute?
I love this recipe but this time of the year we don’t have fresh mint can I use Dried mint?
Yes.
Add diced cucumber. Lemon is better than lime.
I agree!!
Yup!
also de-stem the parsley
Hmm in original tabouleh arabic recipe you dont put mint leaves and the sauce consists of lemon juice with olive oil thats very important, and lots snd lots of parsley
This looks amazing!! I have a few questions, how long will this be good for if I leave it in the fridge? and also, do you know how many calories there are?
2 to 3 days max.
Is that bulgur wheat or couscous? It was not mentioned in the video. Going to look again but i don’t think the ampount was mentioned either
Can I use couscous instead of burgul?
Should add some onion, it would be better...
Is that Italian parsley or Chinese coriander? Confusing cuz look the same, I only know by smell.
What’s the name of the white color mixing in the tabouli same like small rice? By arabic name
Burgul
Nice..what is Bulgur??
Do people put any kind of dressing on this or eat it plain?
can you put vinegar instead of lemon?
I cannot consume wheat. Would Shelled Hemp Seeds or cauliflower work as an alternative?
Try quinoa
Yes quinoa is one of my favourite in the place of bulgur wheat
What is buglur .Tabulleh mey pani mey deep kia hy .daal jysa
I am going to change to lemon and add kalamata olives chopped and maybe some dill. change also to quinoa and a little black seed oil. love this stuff
tonymengela lol then you're not making tabouli anymore. You're making a completely different tasting salad.
Louis Really? because when you do a search there are many different recipes to this so basically your comment is stupid
Can I add cucumbers and bell peppers?
no need for the mint its optional
I love Lebanese food, it’s simply succulent but it’s time consuming . My Lebanese friends spend hours in the kitchen. We don’t have this patience in Norway. Most European food is quick and easy to make, but not as flavorful as Lebanese food.
Well there you go.
how many servings does this make????
So, how do they actually eat this? With any bread or side dishes?
Of course! You can have it with beef kofta, hommus, falafel, and Lebanese bread. A bit of everything on your plate.
What's bulgur ?
it's cracked wheat
I thought bulgur was brown? Can I use couscous ?
No one makes it better than my mom i’m sorry
This is not taboulé
It’s burgol salad
We put a little bit of burgol and we put semak instead pepper
What happened to parsley?
No garlic?
I'm pretty sure tabbouleh doesn't have green onions.... also, you need way more parsley than that...
to soak the bulgar for 30 minutes is enough? So I dont have to cook it???
Wait.. You don't use quinoa?
you should add fine bulgur, not regular bulgur.
What is bulgur?
Wheat broken easily available in supermarket
too yek restoorane arabi Tabbouleh sefaresh dadam, kooftam shod enghadr tond bood. 2-3 ghashogh bishtar natoonestam bokhoram... male shoma engari intor nist... sepas...
bulgur Pakistan ma kahan dasti yab hin
What is bulgur
Like cream of wheat
I will like to lean more
It is not mentioned for how many people this recipe is conceived.
Bu Suriye salatası, yanına yeşil soğan sapları koymak için tercih edilmez.
great recipe, thank you. just a note: no point in measuring 198 gram and 57 gram, why not write 200 gram and 60 gram. please make the life of the non-americans easier. thanks. and special thanks for indicating the proper measurements so that we don't have to bother recalculating the oz's into grams.
Don't put salt
Une mia apli sallata dhen une tabule
Hate salad for the most part. I do enjoy a real Greek salad with no lettuce, tabouli and fattoush though.
This is kuskus not bulgur, wtf? :o
You didnt list the yellow white looking thing. Wtf is that? Now i have to look at another video to figure it out. Waste of time with this video.
