Hi, I get them from my local Marine shop here in Aus. They don't appear to have a brand name on them and their online shop doesn't mail international. They are a Ronstan style cleat but not from them. I could post a couple if you wanted to try them.(not sure postal costs to US) They are called a Fender Adjuster Rail Mount here.

For what my wife and I do the 170 is more than enough for us. If I was going to use it for towing kids etc as well then 230 would be the go. just cruising around the 170 is great. I love it.
