I was having ED for 1 years when I was 13. I used to count calories, hence I lost a lot of weight within a very short time that led me to other health issues. Now I've recovered a lot. I have started eating normally and intutively. Still I'm overcoming my fear of foods. You're such an inspiration. 😊

Love these style videos- I think you’d be great as a nutritionist, your meals are balanced but not restrictive in size or variety and you do not come across preachy about it! A lot of nutritionist I follow are very all or nothing and constantly preach about ‘healing the body’ but in my opinion this approach isn’t sustainable. Balancing hormones and blood sugars is my area of need and I always look to your meals for inspiration as they include all food groups and are non restrictive 🙂🙂

How exactly could you not give a sh*t what/when other people eat but at the same time being interesting into studying nutrition? That really sounds contradictory because studying nutrition is all about what works for different types of people and especially in sports it can be really important when someone eats before or after training.
@@ThePeaceofWildThings But as you gain more knowledge about nutrition (even when you acknowledge that every individual is different and different way's of eating could work) you know that as a human being you need to meet certain nutritional values. And yes in some cases you could be indeed judgmental, for example if someone claims that you could perfectly build muscle without protein. There are certain facts in nutrition that are scientifically proven and as you gain knowledge about nutrition and feel passion about this topic you don't want to see that other people spread misinformation. And yes, you really could care how people eat and try to correct them if they are convinced about non scientific misinformation which could potentially harm them.
hey what i mean by that is how I personally do not go searching for details in other peoples wieiad videos for example, because their particular portion sizes or meals do not concern me nor affect me! i meant this in a way where i would never comment or judge anyone else about their diet or their food choices because i dont know anything about them. however obviously if i were to have my own clients that would be VERY different as my purpose is to help them but there has been an agreement between that person and I for me to do so. They are two completely different situations, hope this makes sense 🤍

I am a very lazy person when it comes to cooking, to say that at night I only had bread and cheese for dinner hahah. Your reels showing recipes and ideas really help me a lot to inspire me to cook. It is not a small thing to emphasize that I became aware of how important it is to eat healthy, not obsess or restrict yourself. I am surprised that this year my mood has totally changed, in my case, sugar and sprouts are totally different. I do use flour, butter, proteins, vegetables and fruits but as natural as possible to make it a habit. Therefore, Lidia is right to clarify that her recipes or what she eats during the day are just inspiration, she is not selling anything magical or forcing you to buy such a product that on top of that certain trolls leave her some horrible and unnecessary comment about her body. I recommend that you watch the movie: the substance. Sometimes the extreme of comparing creates a sad dysmorphia that doesn't let you enjoy any aspect. Literally Lidia is the content creator or influencer that I would choose a thousand times for being such a sincere and transparent girl ❤️
