the hard thing about all of this is literally just consistency. And procrastinating just gets in the way of me trying to get through life and being the best I can.😿
One thing that really helped me with procrastination was that I was going to regret not doing it in the future. It eventually gets to a point where you are tired of not doing what you are supposed to do. Remember that motivation is what gets you started, and discipline is what keeps you going. Trust me after a while it just turns into a habit.
honeslty theres just not any other way to get over it than just doing it. Just get up and do it. My therapist told me to stop overthinking it so much, because the more i think about it the less i wanna do it. Its kind of like getting into cold water. It doesnt feel nice to get into it at first but if you just keep going it gets better and then it wont feel so cold anymore 🤷♂️ also you cant always just wait for motivation to start because that way you will keep just waiting for the motivation to come when you could have done it already
I always remind myself "You'll wish you'd done it sooner." or "I want me a week (month, year) from now." The sooner I do things the sooner I'll feel the effects. Once you do things for a bit and start to feel the positive effects you'll want to continue (plus with this your body will be happier, and it'll become used to it and make it easier). It IS hard. I mean I'm on here for a reason. I work nights some days and from home the others, so I have nothing that MAKES me wake up on time. But I'm sick of it, wasting half my day and racing to finish everything at night. I hope this helps

I’m studying a bachelor’s degree of psychology and your sleep cycles are in 90 minute intervals… ideally, waking up at the end of a 90 minute cycle is optimal for your energy and performance throughout the day😁 if you work backwards from when your ideal wake up time is you can also determine what your ideal bedtime should be! My problem is that i look at being productive and taking care of my mental/physical health as chores. The more i do self care, the more I long for my resting time, such as being on my phone. I don't know how to actually be productive bc after a certain time, it will just feel like work and not something i enjoy.
oh my gosh you’re so real for that. I had the same problem, but then I focused on how put together I feel after every time I wash my face and do my skin care, and I just tell myself “get through this five minutes and feel amazing after”.
i feel you but then i think about how i will feel like if i dont do those things and how it will just worsen my mental health, it makes it a little bit easier to do because i dont want to fall back into that bad mental place anymore

Actually, it's not recommended to take vitamins before sleep. The best time is morning. Please pay attention and don't recommend this to anyone

yes taking them in the morning can help for some people as they absorb better but for others taking them at night can help, everyone is different 🫶🏼

If you have a problem with an adult using “bad” words in her own videos - you can always quit watching them. That’s it. There’s always a choice, what’s a priority and what’s not, whether the swearings are bad enough for you to stop watching or not. And trust me when I say this, she ain’t gonna stop using them just because someone in the comments said that they don’t like them. And she’s not a child to be commented not to use such vocabulary, so basically, it ain’t gonna work

tysm for this 😭🫶🫶 i'm so unorganized without routines, i literally just picked up my landfill of clothes off my floor. it takes me a little while to start sticking to routines, especially with my schedule changing all the time bc of dance, BUT this is gonna help me and i know it. most night routines i've watched are so boring and you make yours so interesting and fun to watch!!
