    Girl the cinematography in this was g🗣️i🗣️v🗣️I🗣️n🗣️g. I’ve also been working on establishing a good night routine, and the 321 rule WORKS. Staying off screens before bed really does help me wake up feeling refreshed.

    the hard thing about all of this is literally just consistency. And procrastinating just gets in the way of me trying to get through life and being the best I can.😿

      One thing that really helped me with procrastination was that I was going to regret not doing it in the future. It eventually gets to a point where you are tired of not doing what you are supposed to do. Remember that motivation is what gets you started, and discipline is what keeps you going. Trust me after a while it just turns into a habit.

      honeslty theres just not any other way to get over it than just doing it. Just get up and do it. My therapist told me to stop overthinking it so much, because the more i think about it the less i wanna do it. Its kind of like getting into cold water. It doesnt feel nice to get into it at first but if you just keep going it gets better and then it wont feel so cold anymore 🤷‍♂️ also you cant always just wait for motivation to start because that way you will keep just waiting for the motivation to come when you could have done it already

      I always remind myself "You'll wish you'd done it sooner." or "I want me a week (month, year) from now." The sooner I do things the sooner I'll feel the effects. Once you do things for a bit and start to feel the positive effects you'll want to continue (plus with this your body will be happier, and it'll become used to it and make it easier). It IS hard. I mean I'm on here for a reason. I work nights some days and from home the others, so I have nothing that MAKES me wake up on time. But I'm sick of it, wasting half my day and racing to finish everything at night. I hope this helps

    13:55 it’s referred to as your sleep cycle!! I’m studying a bachelor’s degree of psychology and your sleep cycles are in 90 minute intervals… ideally, waking up at the end of a 90 minute cycle is optimal for your energy and performance throughout the day😁 if you work backwards from when your ideal wake up time is you can also determine what your ideal bedtime should be! Hope this helps❤❤❤

    My problem is that i look at being productive and taking care of my mental/physical health as chores. The more i do self care, the more I long for my resting time, such as being on my phone. I don't know how to actually be productive bc after a certain time, it will just feel like work and not something i enjoy.

      oh my gosh you’re so real for that. I had the same problem, but then I focused on how put together I feel after every time I wash my face and do my skin care, and I just tell myself “get through this five minutes and feel amazing after”.

    I'm moving to a new city next month for university and will have my own little apartment with my friend and your videos give me soooo much motivation to be a better version of myself. I'm ALWAYS super lazy, rotting in my bed and procrastinating to the extent that i almost didn't graduate cause i didn't get my work done. I know it's literally just my phone addiction and bad mindset because i actually enjoy studying, i just don't have the discipline to do it.     hiii here are 2 things: firstly, we sleep in 90 minute cycles, so take the time you need to wake up in the morning and go back to the next night ex. to wake up at 7am you should go to sleep at 10 for 9 hours of sleep

    Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

      its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldn't just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counsellor who helped me bring her back.

      yes taking them in the morning can help for some people as they absorb better but for others taking them at night can help, everyone is different 🫶🏼

      If you have a problem with an adult using “bad” words in her own videos - you can always quit watching them. That’s it. There’s always a choice, what’s a priority and what’s not, whether the swearings are bad enough for you to stop watching or not. And trust me when I say this, she ain’t gonna stop using them just because someone in the comments said that they don’t like them. And she’s not a child to be commented not to use such vocabulary, so basically, it ain’t gonna work

    tysm for this 😭🫶🫶 i'm so unorganized without routines, i literally just picked up my landfill of clothes off my floor. it takes me a little while to start sticking to routines, especially with my schedule changing all the time bc of dance, BUT this is gonna help me and i know it. most night routines i've watched are so boring and you make yours so interesting and fun to watch!!
