- January 23, 2023 we had a heads up race with my previous 2004 Mustang Mach 1 going up against Clint Eastwood’s 2002 Camaro Z28.
My previous Mach 1 (automatic) lost all 3 races fair and square but this rematch will be done in my new 2004 Mustang Mach 1 with a 5 speed.
The outcome was very surprising

Waited for this video a long time. That Mach really put in work. I have a 2004 Manual Mach with gears and Bolt ons.
My resolution in 2024 is to be more consistent with my videos. I constantly get tied up with other things but i will try and do better. Thank you for watching, the blue mach 1 definitely did better than the black mach 1 i had from the original video and both are great cars but the manual is definitely where it’s at with these cars. Hope you enjoyed it

I definitely agree they make more power but to be fair in this Im willing to admit if the Camaro had been a 6 speed I wouldve had a different outcome.

My 99 camaro ss had no problem beating mach 1’s in the past either.
Not fair. He’s not downshifted. He’s letting that auto downshift itself. Your manual is already downshifted. The ls1 would eat you if he was bumped down a gear.
When we did the run against the black mach 1 he beat me pretty well and never messed with the shifter.
I ran a lot of people in my 99 SS, lots of new edges, and I did it both ways, the amount of difference is almost insignificant. It never changed the outcome of the races in any of them and definitely not enough to fill the gap that we had. Now if he wad manual I could see this being better for him on every pull.
That blue is nice
Thank you, it’s called Azure Blue and it was a Mach 1 only color. I really wanted this or competition orange, both amazing colors
