      Appreciate Video! Apologies for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Dinanlinson Rocky Position Approach (probably on Google)? It is a good exclusive guide for learning how to fix chronic knee pain without the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my GF after many years got cool results with it.

    The past 11 months I've been recovering from knee injuries from weight training I used to do. My body feels like a blog of clay and I cannot thank you enough for putting this out. I've been banned from weight training for life so guys, please take better care of your knees or you'll be stuck with really bad knees at 21.

      How bad did you injure your knee?
      What was the diagnosis?
      A meniscus tear?

      Same! I went to an Ortho and had an mri and they didn’t see anything obvious so they said I had arthritic changes to the knee. I have to do everything low impact but that’s ok because low impact doesn’t mean low intensity so don’t give up!!!

    Thanks! I’ve been overweight after giving birth and I was used to really high impact exercises. After doing what I thought was low impact (w/c wasn’t really apparently after watching this), my knees hurt and now I can’t even do a normal lunge. I will switch those workouts you’ve specified from my routine and advance when I’ve lost considerable weight, enough to keep my knees safe. Thank you so much!

    I have been having pain in my right knee, the CT showed a cystis. I am so sad that I can't do my regular workout, but this video gave me a lot of support and hope that I am still a normal person and can enjoy my workout every day! Thank you, Joanna.

    This is so helpful! I'm a dancer and I'm still recovering from an MCL sprain atm so it's nice to have options for getting my knee back in shape!

    Thanq for doing this video.
    I hurt my both knees after doing low impact hiit .
    It involves more squat and lunges
    I will replace them with partial squat and bridges.💖

    I do overweight cardio from one of her videos for a while now, but lately my knees have been really bothering me, I have artrose and the weather has been cold, so I think it is making it worse. I am gonna change some of the movements.

    Think this is the 1st video I viewed that was openly honest about the truth on certain exercises for knee pain. Very informative and good source for working out. Truth spoken with knowledge to help u to still workout and not be scared or discouraged to do so. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾.

    Thank you😊 It helps a lot. The doctor recently told me I have level 1 Arthritis. I am a gym goer and running fanatic so it is crushing to suddenly stop burpees,lunges and jumping

    Had meniscus tear few months ago , started with bike , leg extensions , machine leg press , box squats , seated hamstrings curls and dumbbell deadlifts . Try these good luck 💪🏻

    Wow! I have left knee pain during exercise. Maily the above listed exercise gave me immense pain and people didn't understand when i told them. Running is never my choice and i felt guilty for not doing it. Now i found the answer. Thanks a lot

    great info Joanna i am 60 years old doing a lot of leg work in the gym as recommended by my surgeon to strengthen the knees after ACL injuries, the dos and dont,s will help me a lot in fine tuning my workout routine makes a lot of sense

    This really helped me. I’m recovering from a knee and ripped arteries injury I had at work. I gain so much weight since the 5 surgeries I had and now I’m looking for workouts I can do to get back in my mode. Thank you for the tips, I start back at it tomorrow morning. 🙏🏿

    Thank you so much for your guidence! I have weak knees, whenever I do lowerbody workout I have kneepain ... Hence I can only do lowerbody workout twice in week.. I start following your tips. Pls suggest lowerbody workout exercises in which no intence pressure on knee.

    *Truth is the cause is unknown in a lot of cases. I'd suggest treating knee function, as knee function improves, so does pain. Programs like the one in **_Bulletproof Your Knee_** at amazon do a good job of that.*
