    Nice video and good results! But this os steam distillation right? Do you think hydrodistillation would have similar yield with the same 1 kg Rosemary?

      Hello! it is better to use steam distillation for leaves and flowers; it gives a greater yield; for citrus fruits, hydrodistillation can be used

    With the water pump... DO we have to put ice to keep the temperature cold?

    • @CopperPro

      Samantha Murdock no, ice is not needed, constant water circulation is all that is needed

    hi bro can we make rose essential oil from dried rose leaves

    • @CopperPro
      @CopperPro  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hello! Yes, you can make, but you will need a few distillations as there are very few essential oils in the rose, for example, the processing of 100 kg of rose petals gives as little as 50 g of essential oil.

    How much time dose it take that ammount of oil

      Hello. Thanks for your question. Oil is produced within 30-50 minutes. Everything else will be hydrosol.

      Copper Pro thanks, sometime CC translate as 30ml, 50 ml, not 13, 5 ml, and 80ml is too much. Thanks a lot! Good job, well done!

    dry rosemary 1kg?

  • @neptunemoon6644

    Is this still good for making a lemon, cinnamon or frankincense essential oil? I know its probably a dumb question. But I've only seen you use it to make essential oils from plants. Thank you

      Hello! Of course, our distillers are suitable for the production of these essential oils.
      I haven’t prepared these essential oils yet, but our clients shared their results
      , you can see on Instagram their photos of their distillation

    18ml from 1kg of rosemary!! I was gonna invest in a distiller but I'll just buy the oil 🤣

    • @CopperPro
      @CopperPro  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Greetings! 18ml is a pure essential oil, the oil you buy in stores is often already diluted with an oil carrier, if it is a pure essential oil it won't be cheap. Also, during distillation, you get not only essential oil, but also a hydrosol, the output of a hydrosol for a distiller is 8l - 1200ml / hour, you get 80% of the poured water in a cube, our clients use hydrosols and essential oils for sale, as well as for the production of their own cosmetics , natural soap, in cooking, aromatherapy, if you want to get more essential oils, you can buy a larger volume distiller, approx.output for 20L distiller - 35 ml (lavender oil) 45 ml (rosemary oil) (per 25 min), if you have any questions and need help with the choice, write to us by mail: copperproc@gmail.com
