  • Total War Attila Is the follow up to the surprisingly succesfull Rome 2 Total War. It is a legendary stratergy game that tasks the player with saving the world from Attila the Hun. So today I chose to exploit the game and ask the question. What if the romans had an infinite supply of gold? These are the important questions which have gone unanswered for too long! So yes today we are going to break the game with Unlimited Gold.
This video is going to be packed with funny clips in a montage style of british humor!
If you enjoyed this then check out my other 100 stat man videos!
It is also rather similar to Robbaz , Valefisk and RT Game in style of content!
So sit back relax and enjoy this Total War Attila challenge!

Get the faction you don't like so much, give them some 25% of that in a gift, wait until the interest goes back up to near the peak of 2.5b, then gift about 85% of that to them. It's hilarious, because the AI you gifted the gold to is the one that ends up with no money, no interest mechanics, and no matter how much money cheats the AI gets - no realistic way of getting out of that hole :)
Yeah, breaking a nation completely is about as simple as that in the game.

Would love to see you play the Equestria at War mod for HoI4. You might be interested for the following reasons:
    1) This total conversation mod is very well made with a all new map, with all new trees, with new weapons, all spread across two continents. For both fandoms, the most amazing thing is how such an unexpected crossover of a children's cartoon and WWII RTS just clicks together.
    2) There are some interesting factions that can include the unexpected. The Crystal Empire starts with a Choose your own adventure segment that will determine the type of government it will be. Meanwhile, The Dread League is a mageocracy of necromancers that plays more like a Strategy RPG and has endless ranks of the undead that are armed with weapons out of the dark ages... Against nations that could develop nuclear bombs...
    3) When played by a human player, Princess Celestia can be turned into a tea powered god empress of the sun. You can have her leading the front lines after her mental breakdown into fascism. She's very overpowered, giving huge bonuses for about 100 days until she presumably runs out of tea.

"Memee armies that they have no way of countering against."
Just spears and archers, preferably crossbows. Thats literally all you need. Then, watch the huns break against your spear wall like water on the beach. No im being serious. A unit of archers has twice as many men in it as a unit of horse archers, you will absofucking lutly rip apart any group of horse lords. They are really easy to counter... and with the eastern romans you can even do it on the cheap.
The real challenge comes from the amount of enemy armies you will face as the western romans. But i promise you, as someone who has done this on legendary multiple times... its really fucking easy. It helps that the AI in atilla is super fucking aggressive. Thats how CA made up for the AI being dim witted. They will push into skirmisher range in the first few seconds of any battle, and they will eventually attempt to charge your position with something... in the case of the Huns, Alans, white huns, it will be cavalry. And if youre smart, the thing they will be charging is their direct counter.

I stumbled across this in my very first ERE playthrough. I had just finished the WRE campaign, and I was expecting the ERE to be at least comparably challenging... and then I discovered this. I didn't abuse it as much as this, but still - you end up swimming in money with pretty minimal effort.

Personally, Earl Grey with bergamont in it is the best. Don't even need to put sugar in it.

You can speed this up somewhat by demolishing all of your religious buildings on turn 1, have fun with the public order issues that will come with it but eventually you'll be able to convert to greaco roman paganism, those buildings only cost food, by doing this you can actually stabilize (weirdly) most of the WRE because of all the extra money you'll have, and you can imagine what it'll do for the ERE thanks to the interest

You could pay in any Total War Game the Underdog (which is not living in front of your border) a lot of money and watch him slap his enemies with some gigant armies and they will like you after that, its funny to look at.

I played a game as the Russians. I figured out that the Huns get free doomstacks every time you destroy all of their doomstacks. They appear instantly north of Crimea and in Estonia. You can literally see them just instantly appear. They are 100% impossible to destroy until you have killed Attila twice. They don't even pay unit upkeep. The game is completely broken.

At the point of 100k a turn why aren't you pulling armies out of everywhere, even mercs, just use them as cannon fodder to thin huns for minimal cost then use your real army for the coup de gras

    • @marchdogerino7388
      @marchdogerino7388 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

you can't wipe the huns out before 420 AD in this game it's hardcoded, they will infinitely respawn with fullstacks in the eastern steppes
