I like that it's small. I'm not a hoarder, so i don't require much space.
Why aren't there more small Condos without a kitchen? Those bigger cities have many options to order food or eat outside, so it would be more useful to use the limited space for a larger bath or living area than a kitchen you don't use 99% of the time. You could add a community kitchen per floor or something like that, as a backup solution for emergencies.

I agree, but she says that they allow short rentals. Wouldn't mind for a short stay, but not suited for long term living.
Could not see the left outside wall of the balcony. If the external part of the mini-split is mounted there, that is a common drawback of many of these condos.

Yes it should be around $350 a month. 33 square meters is small, 60 square meters would be better for the price. But its new and if it's high season rental then I understand, plus it's on the top floor.

Gerne! Ich wollte kaufen + Resident werden aber deit 1.1.24 müssen Kapitalzuflüsse aus Einnahmen in Thailand durch Deutsche versteuert werden! Das werde ich nicht tun da das Einkommen was nach Thailand fließt schon mehrfach versteuert wurde! Also werde ich KEIN Resident!
Warum kaufen, wenn man ohnehin keinen dauerhaften Aufenthalt zuverlässig bekommt und sich die Sache gegenüber einer flexibleren Jahresmiete erst nach 40-80 Jahren rechnet? Was machst Du wenn das Gebäude und seine Anlagen nach 10-20 Jahren heruntergekommen sind oder wenn Du nervige Nachbaren erwischt? Weiterverkauf ist auch oft problematisch wegen des Überangebots.

That's very expensive for such a cramped and small condo. I can't imagine anyone spending that much for a small condo. It seems like you're living in a sardine can.
This condo is ok if I am out all day and only want to use it to sleep. I personally would find it claustrophobic to stay in during the day especially if I had company.
If you had company, why would you 'stay in during the day'??
It's Thailand...lots of very good, inexpensive eats/drinks, tons of venues, parks, beaches, cafes, restaurants, malls etc., and the great Thai weather !! And you are correct...that condo was not meant for 'homebodies', clearly.

American Flag to sell condo ?? Those people must be desperate for business. You can get bigger accommodation for less, in Hua Hin.
