After 40 months of waiting for our I-751 to be processed, wife filed her N-400 online. Four months later, both our I-751 and her N-400 were approved during a combo interview. We had no RFEs for the I-751 or N-400. I-751s are a low priority for USCIS.

So my dad is married except my mom still lives in Egypt. My dad is sponsoring my two siblings and I am not sure on how to fill out the I-864 affidavit of support. Also, should we choose to have completely different people provide affidavits for the I-751--different from those who provided affidavits for the I-130 submission?

Does that mean i can work ?

I just sent my I 751 with the other requested forms and documentation, unfortunately, my credit card got fraud and the bank had to block it and get a new account. they received the file on 02/23/24 and the fraud just happened last night 02/28 . Should I send a new G 1450 form or what should I do? my green card expires on 03/23/24

I just want to make sure, does it mean that you didn't send it with your previous application? So let's say if I sent mine while applying originally, I don't send it anymore?
Hello Maam Nice information, It would be very good of you, if we could know tax return file given by tax accountant is good which is of many pages or IRS downladed tax return file of few pages. Moreover, USCIS is asking state tax return also how to get it ?

Automatic extensions do not apply for c(9), read the letter again, it says you "may be eligible" for auto-extension based on specific categories.

@@samarpanacademy3813 IRS transcript is better. It’s “tax return transcript” you need to send all pages. You can download from IRS account

No you can send anytime during that 90-day period right before expiration. For example I sent mine 30 days before expiration

Highlighting is not allowed as it does not copy
Is the filling fee and biometric fee are seperate
They can be paid together in one payment
