@@alexivanov9683 hello, advance parole and employment authorization serve as a “bridge” between GC application and approval (while a person is waiting for their green card). You should not use any small paper clips

I think I have everything, but I was wondering if you think I need to apply passport pictures for my husband (the petitioner/my sponsor) as well? Also, do I need to re-submit evidence of relationship (pictures) when we have our marriage certificate to provide? Also, my printed version of the form shows Edition 04/01/2024. When I checked on the website again and clicked on the form, it shows 08/28/2024. Does that mean I have to refill/reprint/re-sign? Your work is SO appreciated!!
@@MarionnetteDewel you do not need to attach passport photos of the petitioner and you’re also not required to upload additional marital evidence other than the marriage certificate but it’s not against the rule to include it. Also you need to send the versions of the forms that are on USCIS site.

Hi Kseniya, do I need to attach 2 passport pictures to each form and same thing for birth certificates and passport information? A lot of the evidence needed for each form (I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864 and I-765) is similar to the other forms and don't want to send out the same evidence 4-5 times but if that's the case, of course I will I'm just a bit confused... I am adjusting status through marriage to US citizen. Thank you!
