@Kitten Sunshine it should be an original but make a copy for your own records. It is not a requirement for the third party affidavits to be notarized.
Hi , this such a help for me doing it myself , do you mean i will send the original affidavit with the signature not a photocopy? Thanks for replying❤️
Hi Kseniya! Thank you for uploading this video. Quick question.. "What form that include with Tax Return? Is that only form 1040? I've got a file of tax return and there are many type of form in there? and it seems like form 1040 has 17 pages. I'm a bit confused. Thanks for your help.
Hello, When adding the affidavit to the evidence deck, do you write also there the beneficiary name on the top and page reference on the bottom? I read this for supporting documents on the I-130 instructions, though does it also apply for affidavits? Thank you already for some experience sharing.
Is there no need to indicate the USCIS address on the upper left part of the affidavit? If it's needed, what address should be there - the Chicago address for the lock box or is it the local field office?
Hello Kseniya. Thank you for the information. Is there another requirement to get the affidavit notirezed beside the fee? Should I just brig the letter to a notary and only pay the fee?
Im confused on the notary... i know when i sent for international marriage it required apostille a 3 step process, notary, verification of notary, and department of state for the apostille. Does the affidavit inside US require 1 or 2 steps notary??? And what about affidavit from outside the US?? Does this require 1, 2 or 3 steps?? Apostile????
Hi,thank you so much for all your videos! question.. does person writing affidavit has to put his date of birth and place of birth?(their immigration status)i just dont see it in the sample where it states that the person writing affidavit is a citizen
Can I still do an affidavit support when I'm going to take a medical work lead but I will be placed on unemployment but I have my employer statement that I make over 35 can I still use that for affidavit support if I'm on a medical leave work
Hello Kseniya! Thank you very much! Could you give me advice, please? My family doesn't speak English, so I think of asking them to write these letters in our native language (Russian). Then they should notarize letters and then translate them by agency and notarize translation also. If this would work? Can we translate letters in Russia and not in the USA? Thank you!
What are the requirements, can the third party go to get it notarized themselves, or can the petitioner/spouse take the affidavit to be notarized, or do all parties need to be present to have the affidavit notarized? Thanks!
@@Miranda-kr2hd Yeah, I found out, the person who is signing the letter is the one that needs to be there for the notary. But I actually learned on Visa Journey, a signature is good enough since uscis is more concerned about proof of finances, photos and travel tickets, receipts and things like that. So I decided not to worry about notarized the letters.
Does it matter who types it out as long as the third party reads and signs it and gets it notarized? Some of my fam and friends are super busy plus don't have great writing skills.
