    Thank you sister. For the first time I completely enjoy this Zumba . Actually every channel give Zumba video for high energy people . But there is no video for plus size people. For plus size people it’s very difficult to do hard zumba. But you make it easy for plus size people like me. Hey love from Bangladesh.

      Hi Natasha! This morning I did your walking at home video! Very good workout! Since the pandemic began 2 years ago. The stay at home mandate. I have become obese. I am a 5ft woman weighing 130lbs! Way too much for my body size. Your videos I can workout at home, and I'm not dangering myself at a gym with too many people contacts.     Thank you! Your videos are easy enough and short enough so I have the motivation to follow one in the mornings. This was my 4th morning and I already lost 2 kg. During these days I have also been for around 3 km walks every evening.

    TGIF! Natasha! Good morning! What I have been trying to say, is since the pandemic covid began 2 years ago, with the shut down! Having to just stay at home. I have become obese and gained weight! Since it is still covid virus still not solved I'm at home. Can't afford a gym membership. And then I found your videos! I have been following your zumba routine daily for about a month now! The zumba 10 minutes I find is a complete body workout! And it's fun and easy! Your zumba classes are motivating! I'm getting into shape day by day. But I have a long way to go!
