Loved the woman dancing !! Joy for me is laughing at silly things with my kids, making them laugh by goofing around, enjoying jokes and comedy with close friends, the gym (yes, really), giggling and teasing my younger sister as only I can.........100% agree about the gratitude - just written a blog about it. I kept a gratitude diary for 2 years and it surprized me what I learnt from it. No dad dancing from you?

Loved your accent, fellow UK creator here. I think this is so insightful and it’s also so lovely to have someone on TH-cam not shouting and screaming at the camera Liam. Very informative and love the blue in the background. I am only new on the platform myself but if I can give you some feedback, there is a little white noise in the background, this can be rectified by cleaning the audio depending on what programme you are using.
