I just learned this year to set boundaries and it was hell...in a good way. It taught me a lot about my insecurities and fears. Mindfulness helped me stay grounded, I used a little book called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels and a book called Set Boundaries Find Peace by Tawwab.
