@@Alexander_Short it has nothing to do with the rules. Basically I meant location wise it is a good deal because it has a very clear view.

@@Alexander_Short I have not been there since the covid started so I don't know much how it has hit the real estate market. But as per my knowledge usually foreigners buy most of the apartments in Batumi so I think this building will finish ahead of time.
