This video is english version of my review Dreamland Oasis in Chakvi. The place is close to Batumi, Georgia, and one of the most comfortable resorts at the black sea coast.
It is perfect for vacations and as investment proposal. At the moment they constructing also winter infrastructure.

Hey! I have been going through your videos and I am trying to find out what districts in Batumi are the best to rent from for comfortability, price, and location? I am stying for a year as a tourists (I do online work) and am having hard time figuring out what neighborhoods or districts I should look into first?

That first apartment is only the size of a hotel room. I don’t think that’s worth 66 grand. You can get newer places 3 to 4 times that size for the same price in Turkey…despite the high inflation there
You can imagine whatever you want, but in Turkey you can get something close to this at price +30-50%

I think Kvariati has much more potential to be Best place at Black Sea side
according to the nature. But infrastructure is better in Chakvi's Oasis)
@@Alexander_Short Thats why I said about the potential, if good infrastructure and houses will be built in Kvariati, then it will become the Georgian Portofino
It seems like this resort is not very all-inclusive whatsoever, you have to pay for every small little convenience, not very appealing I must say, especially when you consider the already expensive pricing of the rooms. Dreamland Oasis, I suggest you change this for your resort looks otherwise rather nice
