+SONA CRUZ SEASON 3 SPOILER::::: I hope we never see him when he's on a bender. The contrast of his professionalism and calm demeanor with the way he describes his outrageous actions and the aftermaths is absolutely hilarious.
When Erlich tried to defend Richard after he admitted he worked on a Hooli computer, I could not stop laughing. "I'm his girlfriend, he hit it so hard I was at the doctor for three days"
If you're an underachiever, it's a great life. Otherwise it's boring. That's why Gavin got pissed and did everything he could to go back to controlling his company.
Technically, you can't refer to him as an attorney until he's reinstated and makes restitution to his victim's families. He's a lawyer, and a good one.
Honestly if bighead was able to create that application it would be extremely impressive, the accuracy of the live image recognition would need to be off the charts. Major tech companies would buy that stuff for billions.
@Anthony RamseyhaHAA, you're completely devoid of self awareness. He is referring to live image recognition of erect nipples, is that clear enough for you? lol. I believe the perverts who use nipalert are mostly smart enough to capture the image of erected nipples with hidden cameras.
@Anthony Ramsey Did they ever actually specify that? I've seen the show numerous times and I don't recall them explicitly stating HOW the app finds them. That seems hardly a thing to warrant being so inflammatory. EDIT: Actually, I just checked the show and Big Head does say that the software he made used image recognition, so you're not even correct anyway.
I love Matt McCoy. He is a fine actor. First saw him on Star Trek The Next Generation when he successfully played a young handsome heartthrob who stole the heart of Councilor Troy. Then he appeared on Seinfeld as the reincarnation of the crazy Lloyd Braun which, I have to say, was a downgrade for him. Here he played the brilliant lawyer (not attorney) who shredded Bachman's super-strong confidence like no one else could. He's fantastic!
In fairness to Erlich Richard didn't know what the fuck he was doing at the beginning of season 1. Pied Piper started out as a music app and Richard didn't even have a business plan. Even though NipAlert was stupid, I don't entirely blame him for wanting to can Pied Piper. Even Peter Gregory thought Richard was an idiot.
The premise for the app Richard was pitching became a super successful multi million dollar app that Apple bought for 400 million. If he had stuck with his original plan he would have actually been a successful programmer.
@@alphanerd7221 I think you are referring to Shazam. It was started in the early 2000s and was already a thing when the show came about. In fact, the show references Shazam in one of its episodes.
This scene was great. But what kind of lawyer doesn't prepare his witness by telling him exactly what he is going to ask and what he wants him to respond. Left the entire thing to chance.
Both this and Few Good Men testimony would not hold up in court because they were badgering the witness. They didn’t make Kevin Bacon object to Tom Cruise as badgering the witness for dramatic purposes.
@@emiliomoreno3256 : You still can’t badger a witness on arbitration as false testimony might come out because of anger. Also arbitration’s occur in conference rooms and not in court rooms like this one.
@@faisalmemon285 It was not a court room, more set up like one. Second the California Arbitration Act makes it clear that "rules of evidence and rules of judicial procedure need not be observed".
