Hands down the best performance that I have ever seen of Taylor......nothing can speak as loudly as a musician alone on the stage singing what they've written from the heart
All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (Taylor’s Version) Lyrics [Verse 1] I walked through the door with you, the air was cold But something 'bout it felt like home somehow And I left my scarf there at your sister's house And you've still got it in your drawer, even now [Verse 2] Oh, your sweet disposition and my wide-eyed gaze We're singing in the car, getting lost upstate Autumn leaves falling down like pieces into place And I can picture it after all these days [Pre-Chorus] And I know it's long gone and That magic's not here no more And I might be okay, but I'm not fine at all Oh, oh, oh [Chorus] 'Cause there we are again on that little town street You almost ran the red 'cause you were lookin' over at me Wind in my hair, I was there I remember it all too well [Verse 3] Photo album on the counter, your cheeks were turning red You used to be a little kid with glasses in a twin-sized bed And your mother's telling stories 'bout you on the tee-ball team You taught me 'bout your past, thinking your future was me And you were tossing me the car keys, "fuck the patriarchy" Key chain on the ground, we were always skipping town And I was thinking on the drive down, any time now He's gonna say it's love, you never called it what it was 'Til we were dead and gone and buried Check the pulse and come back swearing it's the same After three months in the grave And then you wondered where it went to as I reached for you But all I felt was shame and you held my lifeless frame [Pre-Chorus] And I know it's long gone and There was nothing else I could do And I forget about you long enough To forget why I needed to [Chorus] 'Cause there we are again in the middle of the night We're dancing 'round the kitchen in the refrigerator light Down the stairs, I was there I remember it all too well And there we are again when nobody had to know You kept me like a secret, but I kept you like an oath Sacred prayer and we'd swear To remember it all too well, yeah [Bridge] Well, maybe we got lost in translation Maybe I asked for too much But maybe this thing was a masterpiece 'Til you tore it all up Running scared, I was there I remember it all too well And you call me up again just to break me like a promise So casually cruel in the name of being honest I'm a crumpled up piece of paper lying here 'Cause I remember it all, all, all [Verse 4] They say all's well that ends well, but I'm in a new Hell Every time you double-cross my mind You said if we had been closer in age maybe it would have been fine And that made me want to die The idea you had of me, who was she? A never-needy, ever-lovely jewel whose shine reflects on you Not weeping in a party bathroom Some actress asking me what happened, you That's what happened, you You who charmed my dad with self-effacing jokes Sipping coffee like you're on a late-night show But then he watched me watch the front door all night, willing you to come And he said, "It's supposed to be fun turning twenty-one" [Verse 5] Time won't fly, it's like I'm paralyzed by it I'd like to be my old self again, but I'm still trying to find it After plaid shirt days and nights when you made me your own Now you mail back my things and I walk home alone But you keep my old scarf from that very first week 'Cause it reminds you of innocence and it smells like me You can't get rid of it 'Cause you remember it all too well, yeah [Chorus] 'Cause there we are again when I loved you so Back before you lost the one real thing you've ever known It was rare, I was there I remember it all too well Wind in my hair, you were there You remember it all Down the stairs, you were there You remember it all It was rare, I was there I remember it all too well [Verse 6] And I was never good at telling jokes, but the punch line goes "I'll get older, but your lovers stay my age" From when your Brooklyn broke my skin and bones I'm a soldier who's returning half her weight And did the twin flame bruise paint you blue? Just between us, did the love affair maim you, too? 'Cause in this city's barren cold I still remember the first fall of snow And how it glistened as it fell I remember it all too well [Outro] Just between us, did the love affair maim you all too well? Just between us, do you remember it all too well? Just between us, I remember it (Just between us), all too well Wind in my hair, I was there, I was there Down the stairs, I was there, I was there Sacred prayer, I was there, I was there It was rare, you remember it all too well Wind in my hair, I was there, I was there Down the stairs, I was there, I was there Sacred prayer, I was there, I was there It was rare, you remember it Wind in my hair, I was there, I was there Down the stairs, I was there, I was there Sacred prayer, I was there, I was there It was rare, you remember it Wind in my hair, I was there, I was there Down the stairs, I was there, I was there Sacred prayer, I was there, I was there It was rare, you remember it [Spoken Outro] I love you guys so much Reference: Genius.com

This version of All Too Well is so much prettier than the one she did on SNL. I love how the audience sings the new lyrics along with her. The audience when she was on SNL didn’t sing along with her. That’s fine but when the fans sings the new lyrics with her are the real fans of Taylor. I would’ve sang them so loud along side with her. This version has so much more emotions. I’ve been rewatching the short film over and over again. I’m in love with this song.

Love new version
Her ability to go from wistful nostalgia to anger and back again ( a couple of times) in both the lyrics and her performance (singing, expression, strumming)on a single word or note is mind blowingly good.
Agree wish I was in audience
Why do I get goosebumps while watching this performance???❤
Me too🥴🙌
SAME, the goosebumps and feels were intense
me too!!
it resonates with your nervous system ...
I love how she absolutely DRILLS ‘just to break me like a promise’, arguably her hardest notes, with SO much confidence. I love her.
I love this performance more than the SNL one😶
me too 🤫
Me too 😇
Me too :'(
It looks like she is more comfortable performing here compare to SNL she looks nervous. But she still did a wonderful job.
You're not alone dear friend. Actually, when it comes to full band vs just a guitar, you'll never be alone 😍
Is February 2024 and I am listening to this 10 minute version for the first time! I got the goosebumps ❤
Taylor should totally do a solo acoustic tour! It would be amazing! Always felt she really shines like this!
There is no one like her. She is on another level. This is such a beautiful rendition.
Agree
An icon.
Such a cathartic song. 10000% deserved that honoury PhD. Her catalogue basically is a musical PhD on the Human Condition, and so consoling for so many people
4:29 moment is pOwErFuL that sense of shock and awe amongst the group is so pure YELP
I don’t believe anybody is more talented at storytelling. It’s amazing how she can make you feel things that maybe you weren’t even a part of. ♥️♥️
Yes she just gets better with age
how much power and strength you must have to sing for a constant 10 mins. it amazes me every time 😭
And remember all words
the live mega shows are 3 hours long ...
She is such a master at wrapping an audience around her little finger.. She can own that small room or a 70k stadium with equal ease. If anyone was ever born to do what she does it’s her….
the way she just jumped into it, sound check and go!! shes fucking amazing. the whole song with her voice and guitar !
One of best songs ever written. Just perfect, thank you Taylor.
She sounds so clean wow. There's truly no one like TAYLOR SWIFT :')
Agree
you can just see how comfortable she is performing in front of her fans, looking at this and SNL its her love for the fans that just make her performance so strong
No matter how many times I hear this song, its always the best. She’s amazing
Ok I’m officially a fan and I’m now a Swifty and I’m over 50 so I don’t think I’m alone in recognizing this woman’s pure talent on every level: singer, songwriter and performer and filmmaker and a beautiful human being inside and out.
Yes she does it all
Her vocals are PERFECT!!! Omg!!!
Man it’s gotta be the best feeling to have an entire room signing your song back at you
Yes it's why she does it
@@brianschon4989 obviously lol
This is not music, this is simply magic. Thanks so much for this, Taylor
The short film saddened me about my past relationship. This live version gave me hope about the future and made me strong. Taylor’s so powerful
her vocals was so close to the studio version, the only difference is just that it's only her, her guitar, and the amazing and dedicated fans singing along. what a dream and an honor to live alongside Taylor Swift and her music. we'll get older but our love for her stays the same. 🍁♥️
Hands down the best performance that I have ever seen of Taylor......nothing can speak as loudly as a musician alone on the stage singing what they've written from the heart
How she’s so calm with all this people! She’s the best
She really loves doing this
All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (Taylor’s Version) Lyrics
[Verse 1]
I walked through the door with you, the air was cold
But something 'bout it felt like home somehow
And I left my scarf there at your sister's house
And you've still got it in your drawer, even now
[Verse 2]
Oh, your sweet disposition and my wide-eyed gaze
We're singing in the car, getting lost upstate
Autumn leaves falling down like pieces into place
And I can picture it after all these days
[Pre-Chorus]
And I know it's long gone and
That magic's not here no more
And I might be okay, but I'm not fine at all
Oh, oh, oh
[Chorus]
'Cause there we are again on that little town street
You almost ran the red 'cause you were lookin' over at me
Wind in my hair, I was there
I remember it all too well
[Verse 3]
Photo album on the counter, your cheeks were turning red
You used to be a little kid with glasses in a twin-sized bed
And your mother's telling stories 'bout you on the tee-ball team
You taught me 'bout your past, thinking your future was me
And you were tossing me the car keys, "fuck the patriarchy"
Key chain on the ground, we were always skipping town
And I was thinking on the drive down, any time now
He's gonna say it's love, you never called it what it was
'Til we were dead and gone and buried
Check the pulse and come back swearing it's the same
After three months in the grave
And then you wondered where it went to as I reached for you
But all I felt was shame and you held my lifeless frame
[Pre-Chorus]
And I know it's long gone and
There was nothing else I could do
And I forget about you long enough
To forget why I needed to
[Chorus]
'Cause there we are again in the middle of the night
We're dancing 'round the kitchen in the refrigerator light
Down the stairs, I was there
I remember it all too well
And there we are again when nobody had to know
You kept me like a secret, but I kept you like an oath
Sacred prayer and we'd swear
To remember it all too well, yeah
[Bridge]
Well, maybe we got lost in translation
Maybe I asked for too much
But maybe this thing was a masterpiece
'Til you tore it all up
Running scared, I was there
I remember it all too well
And you call me up again just to break me like a promise
So casually cruel in the name of being honest
I'm a crumpled up piece of paper lying here
'Cause I remember it all, all, all
[Verse 4]
They say all's well that ends well, but I'm in a new Hell
Every time you double-cross my mind
You said if we had been closer in age maybe it would have been fine
And that made me want to die
The idea you had of me, who was she?
A never-needy, ever-lovely jewel whose shine reflects on you
Not weeping in a party bathroom
Some actress asking me what happened, you
That's what happened, you
You who charmed my dad with self-effacing jokes
Sipping coffee like you're on a late-night show
But then he watched me watch the front door all night, willing you to come
And he said, "It's supposed to be fun turning twenty-one"
[Verse 5]
Time won't fly, it's like I'm paralyzed by it
I'd like to be my old self again, but I'm still trying to find it
After plaid shirt days and nights when you made me your own
Now you mail back my things and I walk home alone
But you keep my old scarf from that very first week
'Cause it reminds you of innocence and it smells like me
You can't get rid of it
'Cause you remember it all too well, yeah
[Chorus]
'Cause there we are again when I loved you so
Back before you lost the one real thing you've ever known
It was rare, I was there
I remember it all too well
Wind in my hair, you were there
You remember it all
Down the stairs, you were there
You remember it all
It was rare, I was there
I remember it all too well
[Verse 6]
And I was never good at telling jokes, but the punch line goes
"I'll get older, but your lovers stay my age"
From when your Brooklyn broke my skin and bones
I'm a soldier who's returning half her weight
And did the twin flame bruise paint you blue?
Just between us, did the love affair maim you, too?
'Cause in this city's barren cold
I still remember the first fall of snow
And how it glistened as it fell
I remember it all too well
[Outro]
Just between us, did the love affair maim you all too well?
Just between us, do you remember it all too well?
Just between us, I remember it (Just between us), all too well
Wind in my hair, I was there, I was there
Down the stairs, I was there, I was there
Sacred prayer, I was there, I was there
It was rare, you remember it all too well
Wind in my hair, I was there, I was there
Down the stairs, I was there, I was there
Sacred prayer, I was there, I was there
It was rare, you remember it
Wind in my hair, I was there, I was there
Down the stairs, I was there, I was there
Sacred prayer, I was there, I was there
It was rare, you remember it
Wind in my hair, I was there, I was there
Down the stairs, I was there, I was there
Sacred prayer, I was there, I was there
It was rare, you remember it
[Spoken Outro]
I love you guys so much

Oh 😣 can't remember all lyrics 😭
Thx
when Taylor holds her guitar and starts singing, I'm always 100 percent sure she's gonna kill it. I'm always more excited to watch when it's just her and her guitar.
Yes she real deal
This is what Taylor should’ve done on Saturday night live. This was Amazing 🥲
I love this but IMO the SNL performance was extraordinary. The best performance she or anyone has ever done.
Natalie-Rose. 😂😂😂😂😂 you are delusional. Taylor is magnificent. She was average at best on SNL this last time. Being realistic isn't a betrayal. Grow up.
@@emmavink you need to calm down

*i'm a swiftie from the very first drop of love story and i'm a straight guy. i know all of taylor's songs, i memorized it all. but i'm from Philippines and i couldn't post anything about taylor on how i really loved her and her music, because people in the Philippines are close minded and they're calling me gay for my music taste lol but idc i love taylor and it's none of their business. :)*
Forget about those people who think that your music taste is bad. Let's just keep supporting Taylor. Honestly, her music saved me in so many ways. Kung hindi dahil kay Taylor, baka kung saan na ako napunta. Taylor is my inspiration, forever and always.
Welcome to the fandom! We're happy to have you, you can be who you want to be with the Swifties
Those people "need to calm down"
If listening to Taylor’s music make me gay then I don’t wanna be straight anymore
Not all but some. Just do what makes you happy as long as walang life na maaapakan. You don't have to follow through their norms.
I love how down to earth she is 😭😭 SHE’S THE SWEETEST PERSON EVER
Agree
I watched this whole thing like 6 times. She is incredibly talented and a amazing kind woman. The fact that she can just take a guitar anywhere along with her voice and do things like this is beyond what words can describe.
I will never get bored listening to this song over and over again.
I'm 38 year old male Swiftie from Indonesia, greetings to all my fellow Swifties all over the world 🫶
I don’t know how she wrote that song, simple everday words meshed together like so well it’s flowing effortlessly and everything relates .. Taylor is beyond talented she’s once every lifetime ❤️

i love how respectful her fans are. they don’t sing over her so loudly that you can’t hear her
Love they say do whatever you want
This version of All Too Well is so much prettier than the one she did on SNL. I love how the audience sings the new lyrics along with her. The audience when she was on SNL didn’t sing along with her. That’s fine but when the fans sings the new lyrics with her are the real fans of Taylor. I would’ve sang them so loud along side with her. This version has so much more emotions. I’ve been rewatching the short film over and over again. I’m in love with this song.
I discovered this song 5 days ago watching The Eras Tour, and I'm still amazed by this MASTERPIECE. Thank you Taylor for knowing how to pierce me, tear me apart and reach my soul...
The world is a better place with Taylor and her songs and her messages in it. A channel for lost love and aa kaleidoscope of feelings.
omg this live performance is just perfect✨
this video is so precious never delete this forever please
This is my favorite version of the song. She kills it and the audience loves every second
This video is my therapy for when I’m feeling very very low! The audience!! The energy!!! The vibe!!!! Taylor Swift!!!! Just sooo amazing!!!!
“and then you called me up again just to break me like a promisse” just hits different
Love how she goes from singing loud to soft with such ease
"You kept me like a secret, but i kept you like an oath"
He didn't want us to be 'official', cz his mother not quite ready for him to get married. He got married last year. To the woman he claimed 'someone i don't want to know, ever'. The woman his mother chose for him.
So yeah, i'm going to sing this song, a lot.
This song had helped me i 2013, a d it's going to help me again.
Like I’ve said before. She genuinely loves performing and is insanely good at it. I’ll never get over it
Agree
10:19 onwards. That moment where everyone just listened and she went low. Just such a beautiful melodic sound ❤️
Damn, the talent and humility. So amazing. Can’t believe we get to relive Red again all over
I never was a fan, until I heard this song for the first time on SNL. I had a simalar experience and when I heard this song.....When I loved someone one so much who was abusive and I didn't even know until after it was over. I have now been doing my research on Taylor and I such a fan of the person she is, not just he performer. Thank you
Welcome to the family ✌
Awww I hope u have healed and welcome to the family! We got cookies 🍪🍪🍪
We're a family here! Welcome ❣
Sammmeeee i became a fan because of all too well
I would like to HUGE THANK the person who combined the videos one by one and came up with this work.
Your writing, poems and songs are literally beyond incredible; something every writer and song writer strives for…thank you for u!
I can just feel the absolute joy of all the people in the crowd...it brings tears to my eyes
Just a guitar. This is where she shines
No Words can express how incredibly talented this human being is. We are so lucky to have her gift of music to enjoy.
I’m not even a fan of T Swift but I have to admit, this was pretty damn great. Amazing job, Taylor.
She is the type of artist that has a song. If not an album for every type of music fan.
I hope you're a fan now
I am! A new one I mean😊
Singing and playing the guitar so effortlessly…. She is a true artist and her voice is god sent
It's been a while, but I used to be in the business. I was a roadie, and was a part of many live shows. This woman is legit, and I would have loved to have worked for her.
She’s the best! She’s checking everything with people! And straight started to sing what puts tears on me! I love her so so much!
She real deal
I love every live version of all too well but this has to be my favorite, the storytelling in this song is immaculate
I could watch this on repeat every single day. Shes the rare artist who actually sounds better live
Sheer power, this has to be one of the most powerful performances I’ve witnessed to date. This woman is an international icon. A treasure given to us all. Thank you Taylor!
She was so in her element here with just her guitar interacting with her fans. Far more superior than the SNL stage.
