  • A friend of a friend dropped off this Yamaha Dual Carburetor Jet Ski that wasn't running well and bogged down during acceleration. In this video we trouble-shoot the machine and get it running good as new!

    Mate what would you suggest the best source for a carb kits for a late 90’s WaveRunner GP800? We are close to the border, maybe not as close as you but doable. Thank you keep up the great videos

    I need some help. I one of your videos you installed the upgrade oiling to a 2004 super charged 4-TEK. My question is where did you get a kit with up graded shaft to go with a185 machine

      The newer oem supercharger rebuild kits all have the hollow shaft I have only seen a solid shaft on an early supercharger that has never been rebuilt if your supercharger still has the solid shaft it is well overdue for a rebuild.

    Hi guys, hope you or your viewers can help. I have a Seadoo 4 stroke, 215 HP, closed loop cooling with ONLY 55 hours. It sat in my garage for about 10 months. Took it out, topped off the gas and installed new battery. It started right up but once in the water it idled rough. Barely got out of the wake zone and stalled.
    In Arizona so winters are mild and the ski has never been in salt water.
    Before I start taking things apart or replacing spark plugs I wanted to get some suggestions. I greatly appreciate your input.

      Yep. Yamahas need some lovin’ too, sometimes!

    I've replaced the stator /CDI and coil still no spark will the rectifier keep me from getting spark

      I wouldn't just continue replacing parts until the issue is resolved. You may need an electrical schematic to trace down the problem. Unfortunately, we're Sea-Doo folks primarily so we don't have that sort of thing for Yamahas. Good luck.

    Isn’t water on the spark plug mean a crack in the head or head gasket?

    • @3ftDeepChannel
      @3ftDeepChannel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on how it got on there. If you’ve already got water in the spark plug tube it can contaminate it that way.
